The lens to my glasses popped off due to a missing screw. She immediately took it to the back, replaced the screw, balanced the glasses, cleaned and tightened them. She went above and beyond to take care of my visit. I highly recommend visiting this location upstairs at Scarborough Town Centre and meeting with Aida

F	Frederick Zabala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice eyewear choices, but their customer service is not so nice or, at least, not anymore. I recently purchased a pair of glasses with the high index (thin lenses) feature, but when I got them, the lenses were thicker than I expected. They were even thicker than my previous glasses with high index lenses, even though my prescription did not change. Clearly, the lenses were not high index. When I went back to the store two weeks later and asked the saleslady if I could get the lenses changed, she said she would make them even more thicker if I wanted them changed. According to the LensCrafters' website, LensCrafters promised that "if you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days, just let us know. We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. *Applies to original purchase." However, their customer service says otherwise. It seems the values of their employees at this branch in particular do not match with the company's. Plus, they are ripping off their customers as they do not always give you what you exactly paid for. This also happened to a family member who paid for anti-glare lenses, but got regular lenses instead. Until they fix their customer service, I will be getting my glasses elsewhere.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The most current experiences we have had was with this lovely lady named Nahid. She is so personable, friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. She helped to find us great frames. The staff are all friendly and communicate effectively. We are able to come here, have a good time, lots of stories all while finding great glasses with a great deal!

I was honest about my price range and expectations for aesthetics (I’m a low nose bridge fit and not willing to compromise on quality of the frame). With the quality and styles of frames they provide, I haven’t been able to find a store that offers lower prices. Very suitable for consumers who understand what they are looking for. Customer service was also incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They’re professionals!
