Poor Customer service...called in to check the availability of one item....the first girl heard me then said nothing for 30 seconds and passed on the phone to the second girl....she again asked for the item I was looking for and then simply hung up.

I checked Michael kors's website last night and chose a pair of sandal in a gold color (Royce quilted metallic python embossed leather platform).this morning 25th of October before I leave my place I called store to make sure if it's available and the lady on phone got all information about the item that I called for and after that she said there is limited available and I can go to buy It. After almost one hour drive in a very heavy rain and bumper to bumper traffic when I got there and asked for the sandle that I chose and called for it, they brought me a box and opened it and it was a pair in a black color in a box that was written on it gold color,even they didn't know what color was in the box. then the salesperson shows it to the coworker or the manager and said it's not gold, the only thing that I got it was sorry and box shows its gold color but don't have any just black color. It's embarrassing how they had a pair of black in the box instead of having gold color in it and just in front of me open the box and noticed that?I was very disappointed and felt like wasting my time, gas and taking risks driving from Newmarket Ontario to Scarborough after I called before I go and get nothing just empty hands and tired. Hope they take responsibility and check the box before bringing it to the customer they ask waiting for bring from back store. I did chatting online with the customer service when I was still at the store. hope they care about me and my time as a customer.

Thanks for not even asking if we needed help and walking by us as if we were nothing.... Please check your employee job description because they are not efficient at all. We watch your employees help normal people that walked in but ignored me because I was in dirty clothes. We asked an employee for a certain size of boots and she didn't even double check the stock before looking at me up and down and saying no. Please double check your employees personalities and attitude before hiring them. Remind your staff to be humble and to help others and not to judge a book by its cover.

I really like this MK location at STC. Been here a few times recently to make purchases, returns, and pick-up an online order. 1. I get friendly, warm, energy vibes as soon as I walk in. The workers here seem genuinely kind. 2. I get politely greeted, then left to do my thing and look around - which I love! 3. Agents are efficient and accurate when processing transactions. Very easy to deal with! 4. I found that purchasing online + picking up in-store works best for me. When I go to pick-up my order, they have always given me a brand new, wrapped item. I can be in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Overall, this is my fav location in the GTA, highly recommend. I get a great experience every time.

Very judgemental employees. Been here on two occasions; once in sweats/no makeup and second time with makeup/more β€œdone up.” Based on other comments, it’s a trend. The employees treat you differently based on your appearance, they are more helpful when you’re dressed to the nines, if you are not do not expect to be treated nicely whatsoever. I had to come in, in regards to a bag that was damaged due to the workmanship (chain clasp was not closed properly, and began to ruin hardware of the bag), anyways, the THREE employees in the stores did not want to service me, yet there was no other customers in the store. The bag was a relatively new gift(December 25th, and was not used until the start of January 3rd, just noticed the poor wear of the bag February 8th). So honestly both the store, employees and quality of their products are questionable

Went to return few pairs of shoes I bought online. The lady at the counter said she cannot take all the pairs advices me to ship it back to the warehouse. She was not happy with having to take the returns first thing in the morning. However later changed her mind and took the items. She asked for the shipping label. It clearly states on the receipt that the item can be returned to the store. None of the sales associates were pleasant they looked at me like I did not belong in the store. I will shop at eaton centre here after.
