★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told at the cash that I had 10 days for a full refund, when I went back the next day a different girl told me its only exchanges. I told her what I was told then the other girl spoke up and said it was herself who served me and that she told me it was only exchanges. I don't appreciate being called a liar. I know what I heard and I want them to honor what I was told, I do not care what their actual policy is. I used to work retail so I always pay close attention to what other companies return policies are before buying a product and I would never buy from a store who does not offer full refunds. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she misspoke to me and maybe she meant to tell me they only have an exchange policy, but I can honestly say that this is not what she told me when I purchased the coat. She then stood there and argued with me, where is there customer service skills, that was very rude to make me feel stupid and wrong. Now I am alerting people so that other people may not fall victim to this store as I have. I am so hurt that something like this is happening in 2019. I would also like to mention that it does not notify on the receipt about any return policy at all. I hope they will see this and rectify this issue and provide me with a full refund. I should also mention that I have called there head office and have received no response at all after leaving 3 messages. I have even tried to contact the CEO directly with no luck. I'm starting to think their doing this on purpose, but I guess I'll keep exchanging the coat till they get sick of seeing me.. this seems to be the only option at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and a few friends went to STC for one of my friends birthday. We went to Fairweather to check out the clothes and thought it would be a fun idea to choose clothes to try on for each other. We chose who was gonna do who and split in the store to choose outfits. While we were choosing clothes though, we realized that one of the workers were following us. She was Asian and had light colored hair with highlights. She kept following us for a while until she came up to two of us and went "don't play games with me or I'll call security." We felt uncomfortable, which we shouldn't have been while in a clothing store. but still, we kept looking through clothes knowing we weren't doing anything wrong. It was after a while even before we were done choosing when one of us heard the employee on the phone saying "yeah I'm going to call the security on them." By this we were extremely offended, we had done no such thing to have the security called on us, we were casually looking around and were not being suspicious whatsoever. The lady acted as if we were running around the store yelling at one another. but we thought it would be the right thing to leave before we caused any trouble so we put back all the items, and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neice is an international student from India ( temp of 40c), who arrived to canada only a few days on a very cold March day (-12c), and part of international student process get paperwork completed at service Ontario build at STC, while we were at STC we also looked for winter coat/cloths, she is a 2X size, and most stores it was not possible and little dis respectful. But at fair weather an assistant named " Jannvi ", was extremely knowledgeable Grace and kind to help my neice and even shared she only immigrationed 4months before, and the manager was very respectful in advicing how even some male attire can be unisex. We ended up buying a $600 coat at a fantastic sale price, and at cash desk another assistant advising well about 15 day exchange policy. Kudos to fairweather and staff
