Pethatic staffs, desperate and mean. This store manager lacks professionalism and manners. Totally opposite what Laura used to set pride on. No standards. Staffs are not trained properly. They look at you with hungry eyes and just attend you if see signs that you are willing to spend there. The cash girls squished the pressed piece of cloth I bought in a very tiny bag when I complained she said sorry and not really mean it. After I left the store, by chance I checked my bag and didnt find the piece of jewellery I had bought. So I had to go back to the store with a hungry baby in arms who was refusing to sit in his stroller and see the same clumsy girl.. After a decade of shopping at laura, today I realized that this company has let itself being run by random and untrained staffs and I am very disappointed at the policies they have set. Policies that clearly have left customer care out.

I put a specific dress on hold which was on sale and when I came the next day to buy it, they increase the price remarkably without any reason. We checked another location, they had the same dress - different size- on sale for the same price tag we saw at this store first day. No one helped and the customer service was terrible. They didn’t even bother calling the other location to check.

Terrible Customer Service Very rude and unprofessional staff that need to be properly trained. I went here with a relative to return an item bought online because it was chipped. We were dealing with a lady then another one came to talk to us or shall I say argue with us. Both were saying we can’t return earrings for hygienic reasons. We said it was never worn and it came chipped so we would like to return or exchange. They accused us of wearing the item. Saying β€œhow do we know you never wore it and just said you didn’t”. We said many times it was not worn and how a damaged item should be able to be returned. After a while of being abused they then said oh I didn’t hear you say it was damaged. I then said we told you five times it was chipped. They then agreed to exchange the item for one that was not damaged claiming they didn’t hear the word chipped properly. Doesn’t make sense why they would treat us the way they did. And why both women had to attack us, and one couldn’t go back and do what she was doing before. Never shopping here again. Save yourself the trouble as well.

Made an online purchase!! Ended up being too big!! The store re ordered it for me and had it delivered to me. Again it was super big!! Called them up and they quickly accommodated me by ordering a different size and when it arrives I can go and exchange!!! Thank you DONNA for excellent customer service!! Cheers

I had a terrible experience today trying to return a dress worth 375$+ that was perfectly unused (wasn't even touched, reason for return was the color) with all tags and receipt. This lady named Naira, supposedly the manager, showed me a bunch of attitude, kept sighing at me and rolled her eyes at me. It didnt happen once but happened many times, so when I called her out for it, she gave a nasty stare and looked at all her other staff members and starts to giggle. She proceeds to tell how I can't talk like this and I need to respect my elders when all I did is stand up for myself after all the attitude she has shown me and how that made me feel. This is unacceptable. I asked her for her managers number and she wouldn't give it because she was on "vacation". (..Managers are always on vacation when customers need them the most...)

This store has the worst customer service!! My daughter and I went into this store to look at dresses for her graduation. Two staff approached us, one asked if we need help. I said yes we could use some help it’s my daughters graduation. She then said do you know her size? I said no. The lady looked at the other staff that was beside her, asking her fellow employee would you like to help them, and that employee looked at my daughter and I and she really said NO! They then continued to walk away from us. Not even a No sorry we can not help you right now. Nothing! I could not believe that!! It was as if we weren’t good enough of people to be shopping in this store and that they wouldn’t take their time to help us!! I was extremely embarrassed and ashamed of what just had happened. Especially of the fact that they treated me in such a way in front of my daughter! I would never recommend this store to anyone! Don’t waste your time or money at this store! Such disrespect and lack of human compassion towards customers!!

I had the same issue as a number of customers - bought a dress online and when it arrived the sizing was off. I brought it back to the Scarborough store, and everyone I met was just lovely. I wish I got their names! One lady helped me find the dress rack, and later brought me to a change room. Another girl helped ring me through and perform the exchange. The layout of the store was bright and cheerful, and I finished getting a dress I needed in 20 minutes flat. It was the perfect shopping experience - many thanks!
