Seamless billing and return experience.
Very well arranged shelves and the store is easy to traverse. Location of store is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was here to return an order, there was some problem with their system, the staff was nice and polite. I was happy with my interaction. The store was clean and organized and it looked like all the patrons were being well looked after. Not sure if you can ask anything more of a clothing store.

This was honestly the most humbling experiences I've ever had at a retail store. Being plus size I was never really a big fan of the Gap because the sizes were not really there for my body type until recently.
My brother was looking for a green corduroy shirt/jacket and the only place that had one was the Gap. Due to having covid over the holidays this was a late Christmas present as we are celebrating this upcoming weekend but I have only been able to go out just recently. Due to my last minute shopping tendencies the only location that had the shirt in-stock was this location so I called put it on hold and hopped in my car. When I originally put the shirt on hold I was told 9pm was closing time when in fact it recently changed to 7pm.
The manager (I believe her name was Jessica or Jennifer) went above and beyond for me and cashed me out via phone and met with me in one of the mall entrances and gave me my purchase as I was only able to be there 20 minutes after closing.
I would like to say thank you again for this amazing amazing customer experience and one time accommodation as I know this did not need to be done at all!!!
This experience has changed my feelings of the Gap and I look forword to making more purchases for myself there in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seems on sale whole year? Got their $60 after discount light feather coat. But good up to 4 degree , no wind. Their size are bigger than usual. I am 150lb but I can wear M size for some of their clothing . It made you feel so good when a size like me can wear M. Hihihi. Money can’t buy that happiness!!!
The material is quite good. My husband loved their pants whom he claimed it’s warm at 10degree .no wind. But the string for tighten the wrist get torn very quick.
They got a year round discount corner. Very tidy, clean store. Payment is fast caused once the line gets long they will add more cashier.

This Great Mall location at East Toronto and walking distance from Scarborough Town TTC Station. This Gap got great selections and great sale too. Enjoy Shopping Here. Got Kids section too
