My daughter was looking for some shirts for her to buy and then some woman came and said stop doing that your just ruining the store if your gonna do that again I will talk to your mom about your manners! I had a pretty long talk with the employee and left the store with a crying little girl and nothing in my hands worst customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Children's Place today to exchange a sweater that was given to my daughter for Christmas. I did not have a receipt, though I thought since the tags were still on that it wouldn't be a problem. I searched the store for the same sweater but the store no longer had it so I picked a sweater the exact same price in a larger size in hopes to exchange it. Funnily enough, the sweater was now on for 30% off. When I approached the cash and explained the situation I was told I could only exchange for a larger or smaller size of the exact same sweater. I said awesome, where are they? The associate then told me they were sold out. I asked why they couldn't substitute since it wasn't me wanting a different style, it was the store not having the product anymore. I also pointed out that the sweaters were now on sale and I wasn't asking for the money difference, I just wanted a straight exchange. Again she repeated the store policy and asked me if I wanted to purchase the sweater I had chosen. I said I wasn't interested in one sweater costing $70 and left. So thank you very much for your lousy store policy. My 7 year old daughter is now out a Christmas gift.
