★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to thank the staff at IVF for being so kind and patient with me throughout the entire treatment process. The doctors were very nice and were willing to address all my concerns and worries. They made me feel like a valued patient and treated me with the utmost respect. They used the latest technology as the whole process from diagnoses to surgery seamlessly and comfortably. I felt just at home. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IVF CANADA Kennedy and Sheppard is the worst place to go we did 3-4 monitoring cycles they don't sent the results my wife had to call every day to remind them to sent it and when they do sent the results its sometimes blood only not ultrasound our clinic would call us asking for it so my wife would have to call ivf canada to ask what happened. Now the company and manager are ghosting us because we want some money back ivf canada requested proof of their mistakes which we email then months ago now what.... no replies we leave messages and no response. We still want some money back we paid for the service which wasn't provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. Doctors, nurses and front desk are very nice. With their help we succeeded in doing ivf for the first time here. I'm currently 5 months pregnant and everything goes normal. Looking forward to my baby's birth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 33 years old, it was my first time doing IVF and it got succeeded. I am so thankful for the IVF Canada team and their passion of helping my family to create a better life. I truly thankful for the nurse Serena and Dr. Leung who could also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin and helped one of my friend to solve her problems as well. Because she had been searching form the GTA area to find the health care professionals who can speak her native language! Everyone else is so warm-hearted. I usually park my car upstairs and there are lots of free parking spaces depending on the time of visit.
My IVF procedure went pretty smoothly and I had been to the Yonge and Steeles Clinic for egg retrieval, the doctor and nurses are very friendly and Serena had been provided me with lots of client care, I also felt like I needed some rest after egg retrieval procedure.
Lastly, I found out that it was very important to do the PGD test, because I know that I have spent the good amount of money already in order to make the baby. But I don't know how are the quality of my embryos, yet? I have done some research and realized that it is very important to find the healthiest and strongest baby, because my other friend's daughter she is now 3 years old, she didn't do the PGD test at that time. She told me that the new born had to do surgery, and now her height and weight is much lower than other toddlers who are the same age as her, even though she eats a lot. That was my experience about this new journey, wish you luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give Dr.Peter Leung 0 star. The worst doctor in the world. My husband and I didn't have experience about IVF, and Leung didn't provide any valuable information for our decision making during IVF process. He doesn't care his patients and I feel like he doesn't like his job at all. What he's caring is just how to let his patients fit in the government funding circle for the sake of his earning. I hope government can audit his IVF process and talk to patients directly to collect feedback for Leung. I've been through such a tough journey at IVF Canada.
However, I'd say the reception/nurse team is friendly and caring. I didn't deal with other doctors at IVF Canada and can't comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t want to give this rating but I feel like I have no choice. The clinic staff I will say have always been nice to me and the nurses really caring, Especially Esther and Serena.
However, I’ve felt similar to other patients here - Dr. Leung doesn’t seem to care. I had 4 - iuis and each time no protocol changed even if I asked. I once asked for details about IVF and was told to google it. It felt like the doctor wasn’t involved in any of the process.
The Yonge location is beautiful however the Kennedy location is in a run down building, they have just started renovations though but that doesn’t change the building the clinic is attached to.
My doctor recommended me this clinic because of its long history but I honestly feel like I’ve wasted valuable time and money and I wish I had read the reviews earlier. This is such a sensitive time for people and I went into this not knowing anything about clinics or how they operate but after talking to other people it’s abundantly clear this doctor doesn’t care and was happy and willing to let me rack up a bill.
It’s not about getting pregnant or not obviously there is no guarantees, it’s about being there for your patients, educating, informing and guiding. Not being told to google. I will not be returning to this clinic and be asking for all my files. I’ve seen they’ve commented here that things have changed but given my recent experience and being at the clinic since Oct 2020 I don’t see how that’s true. I wish I spoke up earlier.
