★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE - The receptionist that works here LACKS EMPATHY. My mom was referred here by her doctor. I called North Scarborough Endoscopy Clinic to make an appointment and was instructed to send them an email with the "Referral Form". Thats fine. A day later, still no answer from the office. I called them back, and was told that she is too busy to help me book an appointment and will call me back sometime today. She wouldn't give me an approximate time she will call me back. I asked her if I can follow up with her today if I don't hear from her by 4 pm. She quickly interrupted and replied in the most dismissive tone ever - "No, call me back tomorrow if you don't hear back from me today".
In my opinion - please don't be in the healthcare industry if you are impatient, lack empathy, or lack patient awareness. I will be providing my feedback to my doctor and the doctors at North Scarborough Endoscopy Clinic.
