R	Ruth Pritchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Eva Kwok is and in my books, one of the most caring and reliable Dr, in Toronto. Her ethics are true blue and sincerely cares for each and everyone of her patients. As she herself has a busy family life with children, it's a wonder that she can manage it all. , but she does, because she cares very deeply to try and find the cause of her patients problems and to help them live a more productive life. Will hope she will always be at Scarborough Grace to be there for me. As I am sure many many of her pacients feel the same as I do.

I was trying to re-book an cancelled appointment and she spent a whole 5 mins to lecture me with attitude that how much trouble I've caused to her daily work. And she has no respect to patience and such bad interpersonal skills. I totally agree the other two reviews here, THE WORST RECEPTION I'VE MET IN MY LIFE.

My father has a urgent needs, she pushes him to the emergency room. So he has to go through all the testing from scratch instead of having the doctor to see him since Dr. Kwok knows his situation. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DOCTOR EITHER. Seem like they are too busy and does not have an ounce of compassion to help their patients.
J	Jim Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decide to go away....the receptionist is unacceptable rude and super inpatient....I got extremely angry to this....It seems that she does not like her job and she is full of negative emotion and spread out to patient and patient family.....if you have anything change she kept complaining all the time and just before you can explain any further she hand down the phone. I would decide to go to other doctor....

Acts like a child and "cant hear a bad word" when she makes you swear in frustration and will CANCEL your URGENT appointment for a for a life and death issue even after being referred to her by an Emergency Room. Worst doctor in Canada.. at least our healthcare here is free cuz you get what you pay for with this B!+$#

Even the doctor too, little behaviour problem. I wanted to give 0 stars and tell other people too. This is scariest place for patients. Total nightmare guyz. STAY AWAY. God, their attitue is unbelievable.

Try to have patience and realize people are working in a very busy office. Great help great advice and I barely have any symptoms now. Thank you ?. Results are the most important issue.
