i	iconline701 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff is very rude. In addition, it is impossible to get an appointment with doctor Tors if you have a job. Dr. Tors only works on Monday 1pm to 7pm, Tuesday 1pm to 6pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 1pm and Sat 9am to 11:30am. If you are sick on Wednesday, too bad, there's no way you can see Dr. Tors. If you are sick on Monday or Tuesday morning, too bad, you have to wait to call in the doctor office in the afternoon. If you are sick on Thursday or Friday afternoon, then too bad, the doctor office is not opened. The doctor office provides one hour walk-in timing on Monday after 6pm and on Saturday. However, the so-called "walk-in" hours are only available when there is no appointment booking during that time. So basically this doctor is useless! You cannot reach her at all! If you could be planned to be sick, then you can consider Dr. Tors.
E	Eleanor Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist never picks up the phone and is often rude. Additionally, Dr. Tors' hours of operation are so slim and she is always booked up months in advance. Therefore, despite having her as a family doctor you always need to access the walk-in clinic for any urgent problems. She is a good doctor despite this, but it's too much trouble to jump through these hurdles to possibly book an appointment with her once a year.
H	Haloz “Maina” Aniam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is always so rude!!!! It's either she take customer service classes or she doesn't work with customer at all!!! If you deal with patients, you should be patient, caring and compassionate because these people have health issues that is detrimental to their overall state. The phone is always busy, you can't leave a voice message and when your call is picked up, you are always put on hold not less than 5 minutes. They have to understand that people have work too and they can't be on their phone all day waiting for the doctor's rude receptionist to pick up the call. Dr. Tors is also abrupt in dealing with patients. She picks the patients to treat nicely.
