Talked to patients rudely and has so much attitude when patient asks questions. The receptionist reluctant to explain things to patient. When patient asks her questions, she sometimes pretended she cant hear you, or she raised her voice... whoever has to deal with her, it's very unfortunate.

The doctor is very difficult to get a hold of (nearly impossible) when dealing with him at the hospital. Weeks went by while other attending physicians and specialists awaited results from Mr. Abramovitch to properly diagnose a serious issue on an elderly patient. On a separate occasion, test results for same patient were sent back to his clinic within 2 days from the lab, yet it took an appt 3 weeks later to get the results from Abramovitch’s office AND the information was never sent to his attending doctor who was medically treating the patient - primarily due to an issue in which Dr. Abramovitch specializes!! To add to an already terrible patient-care situation, at his clinic at 4040 Finch ave East, his receptionist is shockingly rude, condescending and perhaps hard of hearing! She kept asking me for my name as I was literally spelling it for her when I called for an update on said test results for the patient! She epitomizes unprofessionalism and I would advise NEVER use this clinic. Go somewhere else, trust me.
B	Bernard Ntansah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They do not answer the phone nor do they have voicemail 2. I'm suggesting asking a higher power for help to get them on the phone 3. Your appointment at 10am really means any time after 10:40am, if you are lucky 4. The first appointment they schedule is for 9am..even though the doctor doesn't show up until 9:30. This means they are always going to be 30 mins behind. 5. I don't understand how in COVID times they allow their services to be backed up so far there waiting area is full and the hallways are lined with people waiting. 6. I strongly suggest finding alternative services elsewhere

As to Dr, my husband has been there for a year and no progress. It's so disappointing! I can't believe someone actually gave them a5 star!
A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste and Worse ever! If I could give reviews in negative numbers - this clinic would be a Negative five. Abramovitch is dismissive, rude, won't take the time to talk to you or explain things. Those front desks especially a Trinidadian or Guyanese are actually rude impatient women, they don’t listen to you but lie to you, they are narcissistic and lack of compassion and care. It's all business. They want to charge OHIP as much as they can by booking multiple appointments and follow ups. Absolutely do yourself a favor, don’t go there waste your time and money!
