they charge $20 PPA fee while other places don't. Rude and unfriendly receptionist. stay away from this place. worst experience and will never go back

09/03/21 - If I can give a ZERO star, I would have done so but unfortunately I could not. This place is the WORST dental place. The lady receptionist is pretty nasty and mean. She has time to tell you that it is COVID time and give a reason why they can't respond. She does not have even a second to be on the phone longer than giving the reason that they are short staff and that we have to send an email to book an appointment. When asked how do we know that the email has been received, her response was if I have not heard back from the dental office, that means they have not received the email. She was raising her voice and sounded condescending. I told her there is no need to talk to me that way and I only wanted to under why there is no call back when the email was sent three weeks ago. Regardless of how nice the "dentist" is, the receptionist is the front person where people see and get a feel of the office. It was just unacceptable how the receptionist performed. I hope her manager will have a talk and possibly get her train a bit more over the phone.

I have been taking my kids here for 10+ years to see Dr. Lin and have always received good care & reception from her office. Dr. Lin is very kind, honest and most importantly respectful! This office is willing to work with you and your treated the same no matter what insurance coverage you have whether your fully covered or on "Healthy Smiles" program! So if your looking for a dentist who cares and wants the best for your children this is the place you wanna be. Pls be kind & show love ??

It’s ok to pay 20 for ppe, it’s ok people, I get it, people likes to complaint weather, traffic, neighbours, wife, you socks……. As long as they get the job done, as long as your children brush well…who cares about staff eyed you… To me, dr lin and her staff are alright.

No star Do not let your children to this dentist, because they have the bad attitude and let you pay the extra fee no reason Bad attitude phone communication. This dentist office's receptionists are bad manner, I suggest the boss change all the receptionists because they are not qualified worker.

Hi, I would highly never recommend to take your toddlers or little child to this dental clinic. Since my toddler have alot of pain in her mouth so we went to the General dentist but my kid was scared and didnot opened her mouth so the dentist referred us to the pediatric dentist as they have more trained staff and environment that attract kids. Unfortunately, next day we went there but the environment was more scary than the General dental clinic, not a single thing will attract ur child except the fish aquarium without fishes at the hallway. Not enough staff, no one tried to attract child by playing, toys or talk so that child open her mouth. Although myself, DR and another assistant staff right away opened the child mouth and she cried crazily. Anyways the DR was polite and nice but the 2 receptionists are worst everrrr and horrible. Once my child fall asleep after alot of crying than I just opened her mouth lightly and I noticed the pain is not because of the cavities but there is a big mouth ulcer and I took a picture from my cellphone rightaway and request, literally I was begging 2 of the receptionist alot to please please show this picture to the DR so the she can prescribe some med to my kid but they were sooooo rude and didn't allow to accommodate my request, although we paid full money for the visit. May b this clinic is good for older children but big NOOO for the toddlers. Even at home before I went there I was able to take my kid pictures from different angles by playing such as close ur eyes, jump, hands up, open ur mouth, say AHH, open ur fingers, show me ur tongue etc etc, take few minutes only, feels like I am more trained as compared to them.....any ways....Thanks......

Worst dentistry we've ever encountered. Horrible service and the worst attitude from the attendants. Ask them one simple question and they'll show you their widow anger. The attendants are clearly racist. You can tell the difference if you witnessed it. They will demand you to listen to their orders and just pay and get out of their lives. It's funny, they even added a 'doctor's protection fee' because of covid. It definitely isn't legal, but it's Canada, they control their customers. They want you to be blind and dumb and just give them free money as if yoy owe them for breaking your children's teeth. What can we do?

Dr. Lin and the entire staff are the most professional people we have met. What makes them even better is that they are the best with our children. They know exactly how to manage them when they are nervous and how to explain what is happening. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants the best service.
