★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Eric Rouah has been my dentist for well over a decade. Just got a text from him today (Saturday) checking up on me as I had a tooth implant done.
I have been to many dentists in my life prior to this, he is the only one I truly trust and the proof is in the excellent care I have received and most stability I have had with my oral health despite not getting any younger;)
There is a reason I trust him and those he works with (specialists he refers me to when needed) as they are top of the food chain in their respective areas.
Despite his experience he seemingly never stops adding to his credentials and is a committed life learner in his field, this says allot about his commitment to his craft and his patients and gives me an abundance of confidence and comfort knowing I am getting the best possible care. Not everything can go smoothly or perfectly but I always feel my odds for a positive outcome in any scenario is better here than anywhere else.
I feel that I am paying a small premium compared with the large difference in ability, skill and experience.
Staff and administration there works hard to ensure they respond and work with me whenever I need anything as well, appreciate all of you.
Have a Dentist for life, one important thing crossed off the list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rouha is a highly experienced, passionate dentist. Uses all modern technology. Never felt pain. His assistant always makes you feel comfortable. Place is super clean. Been under his care for 8 yrs through various procedures. Very happy with his work and my Invisalign results. ?

From booking an appointment on the phone with Sandra, to going through the actual procedure, everything was handled expertly and with great care. Awesome team and shiny results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a longtime Birchmount Dental patient and have relied upon them for decades for dental and oral hygiene needs. After a ‘pandemic pause’, I re-engaged a few weeks ago for a complete assessment to deal with my declining oral health. Dr. Eric Rouah clearly explained all the work in front of us and laid out the appropriate treatment plan, which commenced last week for a new dental implant. I want to thank Dr. Rouah, Dr. Ohayon and the entire Birchmount team for continuing to provide excellent dental guidance, advice, and care. I would not hesitate to recommend family, friends, and acquaintances to Birchmount Dental Group.

Dr. Rouah is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always working towards the very best result for me! He sets the tone being very engaging and making you feel relax and comfortable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had much success with the dentist in recent years, I've always left a little dejected or a little embarrassed due to my anxiety around oral care. Each visit has always compounded that feeling, only causing things to get put off and my general feeling about visiting the dentist only to compound into more negativity.
This is until I met Dr. Rouah and his team at Birchmount Dental Group.
He genuinely cared about my well being and understood the challenges I face when visiting the Dentist. Although having a difficult patient is the last thing any Doctor wants, he understood my challenges and treated me like a person. Above all, Dr. Rouah and his team WANTED to help me and had a plan to do so - this is something that quite frankly I've never experienced before.
I had some major Dental work done, I won't bore you with the details but it was more than most people can bite off. I'll say that the whole procedure went as good as you can imagine, the team was very professional though the entire process, facility was top notch and above all I'm happy.
On top of it all, Dr Rouah went above and beyond to call/text/schedule an immediate follow up... who would have thought that as someone with this much anxiety for dental work would be on texting terms with his Dentist... to me, that's above service... that's care.
Going forward I will be exclusively visiting Birchmount Dental Group for all my dental needs.
To the people out there who are up late at night worrying about getting work done and if there is someone out there that can truly help them, no need to look anywhere else - this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Birchmount Dental Group to anyone looking for a dentist! They are extremely professional, and are very efficient in what they do.
Specifically I would like to give a shout-out towards a few employees. Sandra was the first person I had the pleasure to meet, she was very quick in replying and answering any questions that I had. She was also very good at dealing with my insurance, making my life a lot easier for me. Next, I would like to point out Camillie, she did my teeth scaling and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she was very knowledgeable, has a great personality and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Lastly, I would like to mention Dr. Rouah. I had a consultation with Dr. Rouah on my first visit, and he seems extremely knowledge and is very confident in what he does. These are some attributes that anyone should look for in a dentist. I would also like to say that he cares very much about his practice and the people that work there.
Defintley recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
