β β β β β I went in for a 3D scan after completely messing up an impression kit, I was nervous, insecure about the whole process and getting my teeth looked at. However, As soon as I got there, Kaylah welcomed and immediate put me at ease, with a warm relaxed presence and humour; sharing her own story and her experience with the aligners, when to be expecting results, finding similar cases to my crowding situation, and explaining the process start to finish.
To anyone sitting on the fence about going in for a 3D scan; I can assure you the staff at this location will make you feel unjudged and at home, answering all your concerns with no pressure.

β β β β β Would definitely recommend. I usually get really scared when it comes to going to the dentist and in general having someone stick their hands in my mouth. But everyone was super friendly and gentle. This is honestly too good to be true. The staff really is amazing and they answer all question you need.

β β β β β Had a great experience here today! Otavio and Nate were very friendly and informative when answering all my questions thoroughly and in general conversation with them. They made sure I knew what was going on with my care. I felt comfortable the whole time and even got 2 gift bags with a lip balm and teeth whitener from Nate! Thanks for the 10/10 service guys! It has been 3 weeks and service from the customer service is so bad, I was told I was emailed a consent form 4 times and have had to call 4 times.

He explained the whole process from start to finish, answered all of my questions and made sure I left feeling confident in this new process. He heard me out on all that I wanted to achieve with my smile and made sure he included that into his notes. This didnβt feel like a regular visit to your family dentist and I appreciate that. He truly made my first impression here amazingly seamless and impactful on the best grounds possible.
