E	Elisha Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed I rented a car last week everything thing was great until I got caught in the middle of a white out snow storm on the highway at night time. It was soooooo dangerous I felt my safety was at risk as the car was not prepared for winter driving. I bought this to the attention of the salesman he smirked a little and stated ya only in Montreal rentals come with winter tires. This is very concerning and very dangerous. I feel that this company should take more pride in their customers safety and ensure that all vehicles are prepared for the change in seasons. I could have been serious hurt or even dead. Its clear that the safety of the customer is not a big concern very disappointing.

K	Kathi Quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are wonderful and personable. I do wish car rental agencies would stop renting out vehicles that are contaminated with tobacco smoke.. Economy cars are most likely to smell like smoke. Smokers are more likely to rent the cheaper vehicles, which is unfortunately what you end up with when having a car repair done. Smokers destroy the vehicles and fines are not enforced. I encourage everyone to refuse vehicles that smell like smoke and return vehicles where the smell comes out after the perfume wears off. Smokers have free range here, unfortunately. If you don’t want the stink on your clothes and belongings, please return and complain as that is the only way conditions for renters will improve. Toxic particles that are in tobacco smoke are given off from the materials and attach to your clothing - this third hand smoke is unsafe for babies, pregnant women and children. Why expose yourself to unnecessary toxins?

Even though I rented car several times with enterprise; still everything was done in detailed. I made reservation in advance still had to wait for 15-20 minutes to get the car. I believe that’s because of early morning reservations. Rest everything was 10/10.

Before and during the pandemic, I was very pleased with the level of cleanliness that they maintained. The staff at this location were always nice and helpful. Overall, always had a pleasant experience. Lately though, things been disappointing. We would book an Intermediate online and during pick up it showed Compact. Apparently they were going through a system upgrade. Due to which last time after I had returned the car, for 2 days we didn’t get any confirmation. On the 3rd day, my friend called to see what’s up and they said they never received the car. The level of stress and panic that caused us was completely uncalled for. There is no way for us to know what happened and what the truth is because all we got was put on hold for a long time, then a brief update on we are looking for the car, and then a yes we found the car and it had been logged. Another time, we rented a car in the winter and because they only have all season tires, we were at a high risk when we drove in Quebec winter conditions. I see a few more people also complained about this. Not to mention, another time when we returned the car within 1 day but got charged for 2 days. Had to spend many days just trying to get this sorted. Very sad about the latest experience because again, really like Enterprise and this location.
