★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enterprise Truck rental will be my go to choice for rentals simply because of the stellar service provided by Chris, the agent who handled my rental. He deserves to know that his efforts were greatly appreciated and Enterprise should consider themselves fortunate to have such a dedicated worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uhaul couldn't provide the truck I needed for my move this month. I reached out to the guys at Enterprise Pharmacy Truck Rental, specifically Chad. I had a truck confirmed in no time and the customer service was way better than any previous truck rental services I've ever used. Will definitely have these guys in mind anytime I need a truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say the customer service for this location is excellent as we have used them twice in the last 6 months for moves to a vacation property, staff is helpful and very attentive.
My issues lie with Enterprise and their availability of vans after booking a cargo van online. Each time we have booked a cargo van for our moves and showed up to be told that none were available BUT we could have a cube truck. What good is a reservation then, reminds me of a Seinfeld episode. When you rent a cargo van as opposed to a cube truck, the gas cost is much less. We get a discount with Enterprise via our employer and can only get trucks in Scarborough as we are in Durham.........so not easy to change your plans as we take time off work and made plans to move on a certain day. Should they not call us and/or make alternative arrangements like having another van available for our reservation?
Sadly this is the last time we will using Enterprise, all rental cars, vans and trucks will be rented from other providers in the future. Not the staff’s fault and they do what they can but inventory of vans and reservations should mean something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a sad company. I booked a truck 3 weeks in advance for my moving and 2 days before the reservation they call me saying "we don't have a truck for you, you didn't do a reservation" like what ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister needed a moving truck after Uhaul messed up her reservation and couldn't give her a truck. We only had the moving elevator today and were desperate to find something. I called this location at 11:59am when they were 1 minute from closing. Chad picked up and was able to get me a vehicle but he went above and beyond and was willing to wait for my sister to get there even though they were closed at this point.
This level of customer service is amazing to see. Chad you truly helped us out of a sticky situation and my entire family will only be renting with Enterprise from now on! Please give this man a raise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and Professional Customer Service. Samir and Claude made the rental super easy and they even gave me an upgrade to a larger truck at no extra cost (didn't even have to ask). Moving is always stressful but this process definitely made it much less stressful. The truck was in excellent condition too. Kudos!!!!
