★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful experience! The rental agent I dealt with was dismissive, didn't even introduce himself, didn't explain the process, and had me sign without allowing me to actually see the documents on the tablet I was signing. I was not made aware of the terms and conditions until after I was leaving, and the rental agent did not document all the damage, as some were 'a warranty issue'. Of course when we dropped the vehicle off he found something and now we are being stuck with the bill. The agent, who also happens to be the branch manager, would not even acknowledge my questions until my husband got out of the car and then he would only talk to him. Their documentation was recorded incorrectly as well. If you aren't going to record all damage on the walk around, and you aren't documenting your forms correctly, how am I supposed to trust that the damage happened while I had the vehicle, especially when it was barely driven in the two days I had it and I know I didn't have an accident?!
Would not recommend Enterprise as a whole either, as they have been avoiding our questions at all levels.
I would like to edit my review in response to the owners comment below. We have sent at least two emails to the email address you have provided and have yet to receive a reply to any of our specific concerns. Our emails have been detailed and very specific about the details of my experience/concerns at the local branch here, but continue to be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Medicine Hat. Team was very friendly especially Ohbi (Manager/ not sure the spelling of his name) and Donna? (the lady who drove me). Very polite staff. I was VERY impressed with the quality of car they provided me - they matched the level of my personal car and their car ran very efficiently! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. Take notice of any damage before you take vehicle. My son needed a rental while he was having repairs done to his vehicle. He failed to mention that the windshield was cracked and was charged for damages he was not responsible for when he returned the rental.
Sorry Christopher, judging from other comments, I won't recieve any feedback from your customer care email anyways. And thats ok. I just won't be using Enterpise in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to having a carry forward amount on my Bill I needed to present (x2) to prove address, I was Denied services. They stated its a policy that I don't owe any money and if I do then they cannot provide services. Bills have to be 0 balance due WHATTTT. NEW TO ENTERPRISE as well. Excuse was, its an american call service; Then Answer Your Own Phone. This is my cost for your dudiliguence ? First it was to verify my address now after 3 hours of mess around in store and telling them my future plans and doing exactly what they asked plus pay 300 deposit plus full amount 550 aprox. and had to argue the insurance. I asked to see policy and Male could not find it when looked and then did not present it. Discrimination for what? EnterpriE has not heard of such policy. Is that lady from the court house ex employee that is the employee making up these rules by chance verified by male supervisor? Absolutely waste of my money and complete shameful on your part. I will be investigating further to why the now costly problems regarding your facility. Unacceptable.

I have spoke with my adjuster and they are not very happy at all
When this is over and I return this vehicle I want an apology to my face and ALL my personal info deleted from their system,
