I had the most terrible experience renting a car from them, I had to rent a car from them through Ford dealership,I took a pictures upon picking up and dropping off the car.
a month later they sent me a letter for damage did not even occur (fake report) and I had solid proves with pictures.
they kept sending me letters notifying me that I have to pay for the damage every single month without even responding to my emails which explained I did not do the damage.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM THE BEST YOU CAN !!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The North York Avis/Budget location always shows up for work at 8 am. I am there waiting and enjoy the efficiency of the team who are always friendly. The vehicle is clean and very affordable. This location is convenient as I live in the local area. I am very loyal to the people who take good care of me. I depend on Avis/Budget to have a vehicle when I need one. Thank you.

However, there seemed to be another senior person at the counter who was super rude and asking me to stand outside even when there was no other customer inside. He thinks that he owns the fleet of the cars and does not care about his behaviour and attitude. Ask him a query and he will respond rudely every time. This is at Victoria Park & O'Connor,Y47

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The locations, customer service/personnel, car and price were good. (Although i didnt shop around for many other prices) The drawbacks are the hours, no drop off outside of hours, no pick up service. I was very glad that I was able to drop off in a different location than where I picked up, at no extra cost, because that was very convenient for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever had. I returned two cars in the same day for safety issues. No air bag working and ( after they reassured me everything was ok) another car with a left signal broken. The worst was the old man taking care of the business, who had terrible actitud,( other customers had terrible opinions about this guy here) not even his co workers tolerate him.
Don’t rent here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not bother to rent from this location. The gentleman who answered the phone needs to be trained in customer service, or needs to learn bedside manners. Maybe he's having a bad day..who knows. But placing me on hold without informing me & then hanging up on me mid sentence is very rude.

During dropping off the car Oil gauge was not showing full yet I filled the tank till it spill ... which made the staff unhappy as he was saying that tank is not full . I am still surprise why the oil guage will behave like this . anyway I didn't had to pay anything extra .... yet it was bugging me . anyways ... things happen . Thanks for your service Budget.
