★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello,I found second mortgage broker Toronto, much easier to deal with than the bank.We got the funds without having to go through massive amounts of paperwork.We had everything needed for an approval,but its just a hassle getting letter of employment and tax docs that the banks insist on.These guys are the best.
