They will scam you and never answer your phone or emails they repeatedly will charge your hard earned credit card. If you read this review you are already screwed bec it means you already rented a car! All I can say I’m sorry that you have to go through the same experience as all of the poor customers that left this car rental 1 star reviews . Nobody has any bad beef with them to write all these 1 star reviews! They deserve -10 stars. The funny thing is any 1 star review they mention oh we can’t find anybody with that name in our system! What a jokers!

Not only that, they are always available and can be easily reached out by customer, sometimes even afterhours. They understood my concerns and current situation by assisting me in getting a rental after hours and most importantly they assisted me the following day by sending someone out to pick up the vehicle and not charge me as there was an misunderstanding regarding my insurance. I can honestly say that I will be returning to Millennium Auto Rental in the future and highly recommend that you do as well. You will not be disappointed!!!!

A friendly crew member came promptly to my house to deliver me a clean and appropriate replacement car. I thought I'd need the car for only a few days but I had to extend it and they made that process super easy. Front desk team were very helpful and lovely to deal with. Their prices also seem very competitive vs. other rental car companies. Would highly recommend them.

Being involved in a motor vehicle accident, I was already stressed and overwhelmed, and as soon as I needed a rental, with no hesitation and with full relief for me, Eric was able to drop the vehicle off at my residence at no extra charge, he explained the full rental agreement to me, and was very respectful, patient, and helpful. I got a brand new SUV, very clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to Mubina and Shannon as they were both very polite, accommodating, and professional every time I called with a question/concern. I can wholeheartedly recommend this rental company to others, and will definitely be returning in the future when I need a rental again. Thank you to everyone at Millennium!
