★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with one gentlemen over the phone who was very nice until another one took over and was unbelievably rude after I had a few questions about they're policies. This was a very quick eye opener and within 10 minutes of talking to this man I decided to take my business elsewhere. I Will not be calling again.

Their customer service, knowledge and customer appreciation goes above and beyond my expectations every time. My family has rented from this place many times, these old reviews are from different management. However, the current owners are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly rent cars in Toronto and always return to this location. The cars are always available, almost brand new and are very clean.
As a senior, I appreciate their accommodating and very quick service.
As a local resident I strongly recommend this small but efficient location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience I've ever had. I'm from out of town and my car broke down in pickering after getting towed to a local body shop I was told my car would not be ready till Monday and was referred to this place as it was the last place open... They had one vehicle left and said they would save it for me and so I took a taxi to the rental shop and about 30-45 minutes later all the paper work was done and deposits were finished and the guy tells me if I do not sign the paper exactly as my signature on my license I will not get the vehicle so I said ok and proceeded to write my signature , the second I was done he said no that's not it and I was a little shocked that this was happening, He gave me a second chance and said the same thing this time rips the paper up and says this isn't you it's your brother. I was again shocked as I do not have a brother and thrown off guard for being accused of lying. Not once during any of this interaction was I rude or disrespectful but after all that I got really frustrated and to be honest I'm still Confused as to why they did that. After 7 hours of being stuck I finally managed to get home thanks to family but I just wanted to make sure I left this review and hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

The person I was speaking with did not seem to want to answer any questions and kept suggesting I look online at what was available. When I looked at the website it leads you to a local dentist office's web page. I have 4 kids and needed a safe and sound vehicle for the day and that was not happening at this location. Please avoid this place if you can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service called the person 1 day in advance to book a car he mentioned to call 1 hour before i want to pick up the car when i called 1 hour in advance for pickup the person was extremely unprofessional and rude and mentioned he does not have any car available i need to call other car rental providers. I have an appointment to reach next day the person told me to get a taxi he cannot do anything to this type of unprofessional and behaviour leave the customer with no choice then to pay higher fees.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR EVEN 1 star is too much for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself a headache and avoid this place at all cost. Do us all a favor and hire some new staff or don't run a business if you don't know how to act and treat your customers with respect. Worst Experience Ever. I tried to get more info after being hung up on while waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes for a quote and then no answer back no call back and the website wasn't much help... Thanks but no thanks.
