With the encouragement of the management team and especially the CEO today I am a university graduate and I will be writing my Registered Nursing exams over the next couple of months. My mother was a patient in a Toronto Hospital and I needed some extra care for her as she recovered from hip surgery. I had to go to work and so I could not take the time off to spend with her as I would like to. NHI was recommended to call for additional support. The service was exceptional, the nurse was very professional , knowledgeable and understanding and she helped mom a lot . We decided to have her with mom for two weeks, until mom was discharged home. Mom recovered beautifully. The management at NHI was very professional and were excellent in responding to the needs not only of the family but also the patient.

This client was in a wheelchair and was on the mend for hip surgery and needed assistance with her personal care. The NHI nurse made the client feel very comfortable and safe . We also found their cost to be very reasonable. We would highly recommend this Agency .

All the coordinators always try to meet my needs, as I am a single mom with two small children. The CEO has been excellent at trying to help me with many matters that are of a personal nature and I can say that she has been very supportive, kind, generous and a good listener. I recommend NHI highly as an employer and also as the agency of choice for nurses and caregivers.

She was responsive, always on time and I felt secure leaving my cousin in her care. I emailed the CEO to see what we could do or to offer to be a PSW for them since I’m trained, but didn’t get any responses. Now they haven’t paid me for my time there. Not well run or respecting of staff in the office.
