Very professional and attentive staff to work with and they made everything easy and efficient when finding nurses to fill positions. We placed one phone call and let them know the need and they took it from there to find someone and kept you updated with all of their efforts along the way. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer to others.

She has her own room her own tv. Her nurse is fantastic she is always there to help my mom very friendly staff I would highly recommend the Homecare Hub.

But she really demanded to remain in her own home. This is where she felt comfortable. I took care of the bills and the maintenance of the house. I went every day to make sure she had groceries and I prepared a meal each day for her. Then I got very sick and ended up in the hospital. I had to arrange a place for my mother quickly. She needed to be safe now that I couldn't rush to her if she fell or wandered out of the house. I found Homecare Hub and ultimately found Connie. My mom was quickly moved into her house. I prefer to have her in a house with a backyard. This is better than an institution where she would not go outside and I would not be able to see her. With Connie's kindness and soft spoken way, my mom has become used to being away from her home, into a new home. She is given 24/7 supervision and great food. Connie keeps me informed of how my mom is doing via texts and video calls and I feel like I can finally relax.

He would light up when we mentioned going to the Day Program. The staff were amazing. They had him colouring and making crafts. Also he loved the music part of the program. We would highly recommend this program. Leif & Diane
