I would give it zero stars if I could. A lot these reviews must be from friends/family, or fake. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever seen. He sold me a car that just stopped working within a week, with a FAKE Carfax. Sold it over market price which was my mistake but I believed I was getting a great working car. I have now found out this was a car that was in a serious accident, and basically they glued bodywork back together. I am now down over 8K in repairs for a car I spent 15K on in the first place. The owner laughed at me and asked me to leave. Please, if I could stop one person from giving these criminals business, I will be happy. PLEASE do not come here!

We recently bought a 8 seater Hindi pilot in Nov 2021. The service was exceptional, as we got everything we asked for, they were able to find a car for us in a short time frame. They provided all paperworks and a very clean car on the promised date. Manoj and Mervin were super friendly and easy to deal with. It has been 5 months since I purchased my car and the whole family loves it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Honda Civic 2012 in mid-September 2021 from Ryall at M&M Auto Sales. It seemed to be a great car as Ryall was very enthusiastic about it and seemed to really care about helping me find a vehicle. I made the mistake of trusting Ryall and his mechanics as he reassured me that the car was checked thoroughly and in excellent condition. My big mistake was buying a car from M&M without doing my own due diligence of having my own mechanic look at it. I thought M&M would care what they sold to their customers and not just sell a car that was doomed for failure. That was my mistake. After 4 months of driving the car, 8,000 km, the car broke down while on the highway, 100 km from home on one of the coldest days of the year. I was stranded for over an hour and my car wouldn’t even turn on. When I had it towed to a CAA garage, they explained that where the axel attached to the transmission was very loose and over time had destroyed the transmission to where it catastrophically failed on me. The fixing mechanic suggested any competent mechanic should have detected it and fixed it before it was sold and that this was a problem that slowly got worse until it catastrophically failed. It cost me another $2700 to get it fixed. That is $2700 worth of repairs 4 months after buying from M&M. When I reached out to M&M seeing if they would perhaps pay for a portion or at least offer an apology, Ryall responded in an abrasive manner and suggested that the car “kept me safe on the road for 4 months” as if that is the standard for a successful sale for M&M. 4 months in and I have $2,700 worth of repairs? I found that shocking. Even more, it is a complete 180 of how he treated me when I was a potential buyer... which shows the character (low). I felt totally taken advantage of. I accept my responsibility for just blindly trusting them but I would expect better treatment and at least an apology from M&M for endangering my life. I leave everyone with this, when dealing with M&M Auto Sales, buyers beware.

Bought my 3rd used car from Mervin in the last 10 years, nothing has changed! Always welcomes you with a smile and open arms and treats you like a friend and not just a customer!

Highly recommend M&M auto! From the moment I came to the dealership Ryall was helpful and honest. I was looking to trade in my car as I needed a bigger truck since my family was growing. I ended up purchasing a highlander at a fair price and was given a fair trade in value. Upon arriving home I realized my windshield had a crack and my back seat lever was disconnected. I called Ryall and he addressed the matter immediately making arrangements to have it fixed at no extra cost. I have been very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them!
