love U....love Benjamin......Mathew is awesome too.....all very willing and excited to do your hair ..I wil always come here when I'm visiting Toronto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience in my lifetime. I went there for a highlight and spend 4 hours, and all I’ve got was some damages because of the highlight. She start my hair and after few highlights she went to another costumer and back after 10 minutes and she did it again after few highlits and back after 20 minutes so they all had different color when she wash them all when I told her few times to check my hair to see the color , first part was almost white and second part was yellow but the third part was orange, and she used toner but they all had different color so she used toner again and all of them just got back to the first place, and she charge me for even the second toner although it was her fault because she was alone and have few costumer all together and so distracted, just because she didn’t want to say no to anyone who is going to spend money. And her assistant wash my hair with some conditioner left in and wet my clothes and my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my haircut from here, the stylist cut it completely wrong and then when i asked her to fix it she over charged me. I asked for hair styling as well but she just gave me a head shampoo and that’s it. Customer service was very poor, would not recommend to anyone. Worst salon I’ve ever been to, completely wastage of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katie is a gem of a person. I really loved the care with which the service was delivered. The prices are perfect even though the place is in downtown. The hair cut was perfect and I would certainly come back again.
