Y	Yaser Jami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional staff they were talking, giggling, joking and asking me very personal information (not for the bank/business process purposes) but out of curiosity. And at the end, I paid them cash but they charge me from my bank account, which caused me to pay overdraft fee. I called them to fix the issue 5 times but no response.
a	amy lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst TD bank I’ve ever been to! Staff is barely trained and horribly disorganized. They’ve now 1. Claimed they closed an account of mine TWICE and DIDN’T 2. Miscounted my deposit only to call me hours later to apologize and correct funds and 3. Claimed that the money from a large deposit will “probably, I think” be available in 5 days. ? I’m sorry, but WHAT?! Don’t waste your time here! Find another branch!

I opened an All inclusive account and applied for a credit card which took them almost 1.5 months to dispatch from the date of approval ?. When I called the branch person, said its problem with Credit card team & delays from Canada post. But when I call the credit card department they said its problem with the branch who did not submitted my application and holded for atleast a month from the date of approval. I don’t know whom to blame here and even they do not have a good process to provide complaints like these so that they can work on fixing them. Probably they don’t want to improve there customer experience ? I am closing all my accounts with TD and recommend others to think alot before opening one. GOOD LUCK !!

S	Saira Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is waist of your time .always people lined up.They don’t have trained trailer people.This branch takes hours to deal with one customer.never come if you don’t have more than an hour time to do one transaction. I even don’t want to put one star even.
L	Leonard E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed fast access to a Green Machine and this Eglinton Avenue East location was the closest. This branch has a Drive-Thru banking option as well as 2 Green Machines. I was in and out quickly. The lineup for counter service seemed to move along quickly as their were enough Customer Service Representatives to keep clients happy. I've been a TD Bank client for decades and still happy with their overall performance.

Specifically the Lady manager of the branch and few subordinate like Palak Desai in assets division have very bad attitude and behaviour, This is the worst TD branch so far I had seen at Scarbough, staffs needs to rectify there attitude and improve the customer service
