H	Heather Strider (yoshixlover124) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to 4 dentists in my life, this one being the 5th. i have HUGE dental anxiety from having awful dentists in the past. let me tell you this is THE BEST BEST BEST dental office arguably in the world, i wish i could give it 10 stars not just 5. my first visit i literally was crying i was so anxious, everyone, and i mean EVERYONE from the front desks to dental assistants to the lead dentist was SO SO SO kind, so understanding, so welcoming. i have never ONCE had a good cleaning experience until i found these guys. they truly changed my whole teeth world. im SO grateful to have been recommended this office and i seriously recommend it to absolutely everyone. im actually EXCITED for my next visit which is something i have NEVER been able to say before. THANK YOU GUYS FOR CHANGING MY DENTAL LIFE. truly so so so greatful. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE A SUPER CUTE THERAPY DOG!!!!!

Dr. Shem-Tov along with the help of Izzy have taken me from a state of terror to relaxed and comfortable. Izzy is the greatest, which was the first thing to intrigue me in trying North York Dental. I have had many very scary experiences at the hands of other dentists and everyone at North York Dental has been so kind and patient with me. Now I get my dental work done fear free. Dr. Shem-Tov is a great dentist with all the latest bells and whistles to make your experience as painless and stress free as possible. The staff is nothing but amazing and I am so grateful I have found this needle in the haystack.

My fears were for nothing! Everyone in this office was so friendly and made the transition easy! I got a full cleaning, x-ray, and exam done, and then a cavity filled (a first for me). I was at ease the whole time! Would definitely recommend this office for anyone who's not a big fan of the dentist. Very easy decision to go back to them! EDIT: After meeting the very adorable office dog today, I would give 6 or 7 stars out of 5 if I could! He's such a sweetie
C	Crixus Maximus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After struggling with a few charlatan dentists in the past and having lost hope in finding a decent dentist in Toronto, Doctor Shemtov was highly recommended to me by my former Jaw surgeon Dr. Claudio Tocchio (Whom I love dearly), I found Dr. Shemtov to be absolutely amazing in every aspect, he is honest, he is kind, humble, loving, caring and most important of all, very knowledgeable in his line of work without a doubt, the clinic staff (Lilian) were also very sweet and friendly, I also had a teeth cleaning done the same day and she did amazing job, could not be happier. Dr Shemtov is going to be my new dentist from now on and I highly recommended him to anyone who is looking for a 5 star dentist.(Honestly, I would give him a 10 star if I could)

He is patient, very knowledgeable and gentle when performing dental procedures. 10/10 would recommend them. The dental assistants are so kind and make you feel at ease throughout the procedure.

During Covid-19, they are working hard to ensure the safety of patients. Tooth cleaning and tooth decay surgery are very careful, treat every patient politely, thank them very much.

Some of the new dentists emerging on the scene here nowadays(like harakati, and others), I noticed and dealt with, and hygienists , even secretaries, at times, need some assistance and revision in medicine and manners . It feels like they like to refer you to their " personal circle of specialists". Which are not good, and wasted my time and money! Sorry North York. There are so many great, qualified and intelligent dentists out there. I found a new and more professional, honest and caring office.
