β β β β β Visited this Clinic for my heal pain and discomfort . The appointment schedule process was simple . But the doctor examined the foot within 10 minutes , charged $80 for the assessment . But no further treatment plan was designed and no treatment was provided initial visit .
No reports were properly provided . when requested on a phone call simple daily sheet with unclear markings were emailed.
I had to do assessment again with a different doctor and Schedule treatments / orthotics.
I would highly not recommend the care / treatment provided at this clinic. only money minded care.
disappointed visiting here after reading nice reviews over internet .
contributing a portion of the earnings to poor kids which is a good initiative. Keep it up for that guys .

β β β β β Professional and friendly service!! Short/no wait time when you show up on time for your appointment.
Weekdays receptionist is friendly and will leave you clear voicemail for appointment reminder.
Sterilized and clean tools with disposable blade, steady hand and attention to details.
Dr. Cynthia Chan really look into the root of my problem, clearly explained to me the possible cause of the problem and the procedures to fix it.
Tiny surgery was done on site at the clinic and follow up appointments were scheduled to check on recovery.
Invoice was provided for insurance claim, but you will have to file the claim on your own (which might be inconvenient). But I will still recommend Dr. Cynthia Chan for her professional service.

β β β β β I've been going to this clinic for about five years. A friend recommended it to me. I think Cynthia and her team are professional and helpful. My parents get their orthotics done here as well. It is a clean environment. Wait times are short, if any time at all. =)

I have been able to play sports and maintain my active lifestyle without any discomfort or pain from the orthopedic devices she recommends and creates.
I highly recommend Dr. Chan if you are looking for excellent and high-quality orthotics.

β β β β β Amazing experience and would defiantly recommend this place and Dr. Chan to anybody. Dr. Chan was pleasant, delightful and had a great sense of humor that puts her patient at ease. Very thorough in her explanations and follow up care. As well, the visit was reasonably priced and the clinic takes the initiative to donate a portion of the proceeds to children/families in need. The transparency of the staff and office makes the overall visit great.

β β β β β Cynthia is an amazing chiropodist, and her staff are great too. I first visted her b/c my feet were in pain. The previous chiropidist I went to couldn't make a proper orthotic and I had to wait a long time. Cynthia though, was able to craft a much better orthotic for me. The orthotics came very quickly, the adjustments made were also quick. Cynthia's staff is also very understanding and set up quick appointments.
I want to take the time to acknowledge how Cynthia was able to help meet my financial needs. I wasn't working and she really made the orthotics a little more affordable. I really appreciated that. Overall, Cynthia is an amazing chiropodist who is serious about providing great foot care. Thanks Cynthia :)
