β β β β β Dr Chan seems meticulous in his practice in anything apart from mental heath and referrals. After roundabout referrals to other specialists there was no follow up and I had to pester my way into seeing him again. Later when someone I had referred to him decided to seek help regarding mental health problems, they were dismissed entirely. My friend had multiple suicide attempts prior and after finally getting the courage to confide within me, they were minimized by a medical professional they had trust to help. I was so embarrassed to have referred him. I cannot in good faith ever recommend Dr Chan for any health related matters anymore.

β β β β β they prefer to speak Cantonese and treat mandarins speakers with a very bad attitude. Don't even allow us to speak but hang up the phone call. very bad attitude!

β β β β β Went in regarding my mental health, receptionist made fun of my mental health in front of entire waiting room and told me I didn't have a problem. Terrible doctor and staff, should be barred from practising medicine. I was suicidal after that visit, and I am looking to report him to the medical board
