โ โ โ โ โ He's the worst stupid doctor ever. He has an unorganized office. They don't give u appointments even when ur seriously in pain. He's super old and can barely see. His office staff is unbelievably rude.

โ โ โ โ โ receptionist is extremely rude. After I had my blood work done I felt very dizzy so I told her I need to sit down for a few minutes and in case if faded. She insist that I must leave immediately. Then she came and grab my coat and throw it outside. I went to fetch my coat then she locked the door from inside. I have never seen this kind of behaviours in any clinic or hospitals in Canada. Seriously shocked.

โ โ โ โ โ dr Chung is nice and careful, but his front desk is really unbelievable. They are rude and impolite. Every time u need to wait at least 2hrs no matter when's ur appointment time. I can accept those waiting time, but I can't stand his front desk. He changed a couple of stuffs but most of them are horrible. When I found any doctor can accept new patients I will change.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Chung has been my doctor since 1986 and he has always treated me with respect and compassion for me an my family. I have the utmost respect for him and his staff.

โ โ โ โ โ I know Dr. Chung practice very long time, a lot experience is a good doctor. However, the clinic management is very bad, and reception lady is not perfresional and too rude. They still accept the new patient I think due to they always lost the old patients.
