★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed by the sovlaki on pita with salad. Chicken sovlaki on cream with tomato and onions. No taste. The lady at the desk was rude. I ordered the food and was expecting it on the table. No one asked if it is a takeaway or i want it here. I was sitting at the table expecting it to be served. 40min passed and i was talking on the phone waiting for the food to be served and then decided to leave. The lady came outside and called me and said you forgot your parcel. I said i never said i want it packed i was expecting to be served on the table. The lady said i came to your table to say your food is ready but you were talking on the phone. I said yes and I nodded that ok bring it but no one served then she said you picked up the take away menu. I said i dont know if the menu i picked was take away or to order at table.
Anyways i paid for the food and took it home to eat but didn't enjoy the food since it was flat like hospital food. No taste
If some can teach that lady that if you go to a reputable restaurant they always ask you sir is it for here or to go. She is suppose to ask me rather than punishing me for picking up a menu from the counter to give the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neighbourhood stalwart for decades and the original anchor of this tiny plaza filled with good eats galore. The star of the show is the dough they use on their pitas and pizza, its soft with the right give. The beef and lamb was pretty good with good tzatziki sauce. They still have specials for the Leacock students just south of them. #supportlocal
