Thanks to the helpful staff at Medigas at Markham!!!!!??????. For helping me find a better mask which is helping sleep better every night been wearing the new mask without chin straps and doesn't leak as much as Respironics Amara View and recomending the Resmed Air fit 30 and doesn't leak as much due to better and thicker silicone used and quieter air flow so air gets distributes very well!!!!!??????. Thanks again to your weekend staff for all their efforts this past weekend!!!!!!??????????. Been helping me to sleep better and perform better at school!!!!!????????

Where do I start? The delivery employees were ignorant, refused to set anything up as I have dogs and yes they were on a leash and secured, the delivery employee delivered a used bed rail that brought bugs into my home and I had to replace my bed due to it, they got paid by my ODSP office and claim they haven't been paid so they picked up the equipment and billed me for equipment that was returned months ago. I have emailed the company and told them I will be putting this review on as well as Contacted ODSP and informed them that they picked up the equipment. Shady as far as I am concerned and making being disabled even harder than it already is for me. Not sure why the response was regarding a c cap when it was not even the equipment. The equipment was a bed rail (used and brought bugs into my place), bath chair, bath rail, and cane (which was picked up months ago). I called the office the respondent said that was gonna be contacting and they gave me a whole new number to call. Just a complete run around.

We are a returning customer having just bought our 3rd CPAP machine over the past 11 years. Product selection and presentation is good but the sales person Effie Lam was impatient and pretentious. We felt rushed even though we were the only customer in the store. We asked simple questions about the machine's operation and she made my mom feel belittled. What ever happened to customer service? What a shame.

My experience with Effie was very poor for a number of reasons - I felt as though she was doing me a favour as opposed to me paying for the product received. - She appeared agitated when she has to leave her desk to open the door for a curb side pick up. -My order had the wrong product, I noticed in the parking lot and went back to exchange it and again I felt as thought I was imposing. - When I got home another item was the wrong product. Overall the service provided I believe was atrocious, this employee require extensive coaching and training in regards to her customer service skills. In addition to the above review, this is not an isolated experience at this location.

I got my machine from this location. First time I encountered Jaquline. She helped me get the things done so smoothly and patiently. She is wonderful and has excellent costumer service. The Mediges should be proud to have her. However in my last visit I had to pick up and order which jaquline had placed for me there was another lady most probably she was speaking Chinese. The moment I entered the store she was talking over the phone in her language she hasn’t paid any attention to me and continued talkings for couple of minutes. From the conversation I understood that it was personal Chet chatting. I waited for couple of minutes and took the photo of the board which says support us by reviewing. I did this intentionally to show her I am going to write a review on you then she wrapped up her talking; again no costumer service very poor communication. I would have given 5 stars to this location if hadn’t been because of that lady. Her facial expressions was as if I did a mistake coming in today an shooing:

Referred by Sunlife but don't engage this company. I ordered CPAP filter and chamber and the chamber did not arrive. Called them 9:10am EST and no one was available to assist as everybody was in their weekly meeting. They should have rotating people who can assist with inquiries.

This is unacceptable, without any notification to charge $175 training adherence fee when i buy CPAP Machine through this store, It's under Medigas policy? legitimate? The employee simply turned on the machine and told me what the buttons did which was the extent of the "training". There must have been 10 words exchanged at most, nothing is related to training!

This location charged me $225.00 for training on using a CPAP machine.. I have used a CPAP machine for 10 years and need no training. I was told that every vendor would charge this fee. The training (Which I did not need) was like 5 minutes , the most. When Sun Life did not cover this cost , they advised me to check the ministry website. I found that the Ministry of Health expects the vendor to cover this cost. When I sent the documentation I was told that this location/ Medigas was going to send me a message that they can refund this cost. I have not received any message yet and was told that the manager will be calling me. What a rip off!!!! I am waiting for the call. So disappointed with the whole thing.
