★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic you could possibly go to. No customer service at all. I was referred to specialist and I went to see a different specialist other than the one they referred me to. Legally they were supposed to send my x Ray to the specialist but they refused to do so. They had my consent and the clinic faxed them the consent as well yet because I didn’t go to their referred specialist they did not send my x rays. Save yourself a headache and don’t bother.
Also their answering machine is in Chinese only. If you don’t speak the language then you are out of luck. ONCE AGAIN DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO HERE. NO ONE HERE IS PROFESSIONAL FROM DENTIST TO RECEPTION. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. I WILL BE WRITING A COMPLAIN TO THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS .

To make it very clear that I was told by your receptionist named CARMEN that all I need to do was to make a phone call and they will send the copy of my x Ray to the specialist. Now do you take responsibility for your staff words or no ? It’s my legal right to have access to my x rays which I paid already. It was required by the specialist and your own dentist referred me to a specialist only because I choose to see a different specialist other than the one you guys referred me to. Clearly it was all for money making bussiness. Your staff had been extremely rude and unprofessional. Hannging up the phone on the patient , how professional is that ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother came here twice. Definitely not coming back in the future. Make sure you lookup the codes of the procedures they charge you since they don't disclose it in the receipt for the layman to understand. We aren't happy with what we found. Also, they spammed her contact with false booking, saying things like: your family member/you are booked for (specific times). Is it bad organizing or fishing? Either ways, goodbye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNSANITIZED dental office even during Covid19 pandemic. They claim they sanitize everything in the office, but I don't think it's true. The dental chairs you lay on had footprints and I was the first appointment. When asked why, they brushed me off and said they sanitized it. I'm no scientist but not sure how you can sanitize something and still see dirt on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly suggest you go to a different dentist. I’ve been to their old location at Market Village and they tried to scam me! I grew up with no cavities and went for a cleaning yearly and they suddenly tell me I had cavities. I didn’t believe them so I consulted with a different doctor and I was told I was fine and to disregard what the other doctor told me. Definitely go to another doctor if you don’t want to waste your time. They might’ve changed management or what not, but I personally would not be returning to this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is nice here and try to explain the reason of my toothache. She has provided different solutions for me and let me understand everything before the procedure starts. The price of tooth cleaning is reasonable here as well. Would like to visit this dental office next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far the service of both dentist and hygienist are excellent. They will let me know the overall procedure and how to fix my problem. Unlike the several dental clinics that I went before, I think the tooth cleaning price in here is very reasonable and love the caring attitude of the whole staff and well worth it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some fillings done, it is now weeks and re visits later and my jaw is still in pain. I dont know if they caused permanent damage or have just done the filling wrong. On top of that when coming back to fix the issue the dentist was unbelievably rude. It is not worth it to come here and possibly have permanent damage to your teeth. I wish I went to a better dentist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible was here today. After years of mediocre to poor experience, I'm never going again. Hygienists are okay, but the Dentist and the front desk are unprofessional. The female dentist "Dr. Gally" has been consistently the rudest "dentist" that I've ever met, extremely ill mannered, unprofessional. This place is a joke of a dental place, so many better places especially when they CUT corners, spend 20 minutes on cleaning and FORGET TO DO POLISHING. Would give 0/10 stars!
They also charged over $220 for insurance, but $90 for cash. The dentist is pushing for X-rays, new fillings, repairing "old fillings" anything they could do to get more money. The front desk also lied about how much insurance covered over the phone. Get your prices straight, so tacky.
