Great place to buy your baby or childrens items! Service is always great and they have comparable prices! Would highly recommend!

It is on the pricier side but I do love the service here. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgable with all our questions. With Sears being gone I put this as my first stop for anything childcare.

My Grandmother and I went into the store to buy a new car seat for my son. We came here because we were told they were knowledgeable and would let you try all of the seats they carried in your vehicle to make sure they fit etc. When we asked to try it out in my vehicle we were told for safety/resale reasons they couldn't do that but they assured me it would fit. So we bought the top of the line car seat and my thought was well if I have an issue I can bring it back. Stupid me I didn't ask. But I was also not told about their return (or lack there of) policy. I get home, carefully take it out of the box and not the plastic, set it in my car, and low and behold it doesn't fit.. there is no way I can possibly use it. So I carefully put it back in the box call the store and ask for the manager explain the situation to ask what we can do. She says she has to call me back because they always let people try them. She calls the employee working that day and she blatantly lied saying we tried not ONE but TWO of them in my car and they both fit great. Which definitely DID NOT happen. And if that happened, she either has no idea about car seat safety and how they should fit and therefor shouldn't be working there, or she is lying and they were never tried in my car like I asked. However, the manager didn't seem to care, told me I'm SOL because they don't take them back and she isn't making any exceptions. And this is exactly why retail is dying... had I not of wanted to support locally and bought the thing online, I'd have zero issues returning it. I wasn't even offered so much as exchange or a credit or even to come down there so she could have a look or ANYTHING. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I'd suggest going else where with a return policy.

This place is great. Knowledgeable staff, always ready to help. As someone who doesn't have kids, I get completely lost when it comes to gifts for baby showers or my family's kids, and this is my go-to for extremely helpful assistance and advice!

I have always had great experiences with the staff at Bumbleboo! Even if they don't have the product I'm looking for, they give me ideas on where I might be able to find it. This place is a great resource for baby/kid items and I love that I can support local!
