★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Factory Direct sells mostly refurbished electronics as well as some houseware items and furniture. If you get on their emailing list you can get some decent coupons on certain things. That said, buyer beware. While prices on most things will be tough to beat, remember that a lot of the electronics are refurbished. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, in fact it could be argued that some refurbished products go through more rigorous testing then brand new items. But there's just really no way to know. So when buying from Factory Direct, it's always a bit of a gamble. Had good experiences with buying memory and computer peripherals. Not so much with televisions and mobile phones. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of discounted refurbished items with limited warranties but many items I had an interest in were not marked with a price. Finally, I chose a half dozen items, went to the cash by the exit door. After waiting some 3-5 minutes, no one came to process my order. No bell to ring for service - and I didn't want to shout. The most important part of any business is to "GET THE MONEY" hello!!! I want to give you money and no one wants it. This is a big store - and yet it seems the penny hasn't dropped. So I dropped everything by the cash register and left. My money stayed in my pocket. Including the undropped penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Gravity Multicooker from Factory Direct Scarborough location. It cost $59 approx. It only worked for 3 months. The store refuses to return my money or exchange it. I read reviews and many have the same problem. They obvious sell junk. Dont waste your money! Buy from someone who actually cares about customers . Dont buy their junk!
