β β β β β I went to the radiance spa for a signature facial, and for my first facial ever they exceeded my expectations! My medical esthetician RUKHSANA gave an amazing service. She was super kind and attentive, and made my experience here perfect. I recommend giving it a try if u were thinking about it!

β β β β β My experience at the Radiance Spa was spectacular. If this place had a rating of 10 Stars ? I would definitely give it that rating. The place was very clean, friendly and my experience here was amazing from booking the appointment right to the very end of my services. My esthetician Rukshana was super accommodating and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. I had a the signature facial along with microdermabration, and it was one of a kind experience. The owner Latisha lives and breathes great customer service, so believe me this spa will not disappoint you.

β β β β β I bought 2 microdermabrasion services from Groupon, for my sister and myself, and we are very happy with the results. I booked in person one day prior with Radiance's owner, Tish. She was super nice, accommodating and caring. My appointment next day was with Rachan. She was fantastic! She is very professional, thorough and informative, took good care of my sensitive skin and made me feel at home! For my sister and myself it was our first time trying their services, and they did not disappoint!. My sister's appointment was with Nirmala, and all I can say is that my sister's skin looks amazing! Her face was glowing right after the treatment and now after a couple of days it's still glowing. That mask they apply post microdermabrasion treatment is magical! We didn't have any irritation left, in fact all of the opposite to what we were expecting. My sis Alex is very happy with the results and so am I with mine. My skin feels super soft and supple. Rachan and Nirmala took great care of all details and did a wonderful job with us! They are super friendly, warm and professional.
The new place is fabulous, clean, spacious and very easy to access to, by bus or car with free parking which is very important. We are definitely coming back for future treatments. Thank you to the Radiance's Team, you guys definitely earned your 5 stars! Thank you!

β β β β β My experience was great, my sister told about this place because started going here and she also had a good experience. My first time at the spa I had Guneet take care of me, I had full legs, underarm, full face and Brazilian done. She did it quickly and was very precise. She made wonderful conversations and me feel comfortable. I normally go somewhere else and I normally get sugaring done, however I was in a time crunch and could not go to my usual place. Even though this was waxing and you should not mix the two methods it was a good experience. I also learned of other services they have for my face and I am now considering coming back for the facial!! Wonderful service and atmosphere, very clean as well.

β β β β β Came in for eyebrow shaping and waxing. Rachan took very good care of me. This is the second time I booked a service with her. Not only was she skilled, she also made sure to answer all of my questions about the treatment process and the aftercares, which greatly eased any concerns I might have. The costumer service there in general is also exceptional. All of the staff were really really nice and polite. The whole experience is very pleasant and this has definitely became a place the I'm frequenting for my monthly maintenance.

β β β β β I called about 10 places this morning to get a Brazilian wax. This was the only place whose staff actually said good morning back and took me in right away. They they took the time to answer all my questions and eased my fears. The customer service here is amazing. The staff is exceptional, friendly and professional. Everyone had a smile on their face and was very welcoming. I had Rachan do my Brazilian wax and fix my uneven eyebrows and upper lip. I'm very satisfied with the service and I'm already booked for next month. Definitely sign up for a membership it's a lot easier to be in the system next time you have to get services done. I rate this place five stars I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends good job ladies.

β β β β β Came for microdermabrasion, hydro jelly mask and Indian head massage. Location is very clean, my girl was friendly and informative. I liked that she asked about my skin type and allergies. While the face mask was drying she massaged my shoulders and arms, some places just leave you. Post session she was very thorough about how to care for skin.
Will definitely come back again and bring my husband
