★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was extremely slow. Employees seemed to not care about service or how they talk to customers. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes I had to wait another 15 for them to make 1 simple frappucino. My order was not complicated so it should not have taken this long. Also many people who ordered after me received their orders before me even they they ordered after me(a few were safeway employees). I dont think thay safeway employees should get special treatment and receive their larger more complocated orders before the people thay orders before them. Very displeased with my experience and will never be buying from this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Star Bucks! No matter where I am in Medicine Hat, I will go out of my way to go to this location - as will my family and a good chunk of the people I work with. Marci is a total gem, as are the other girls that work there - so friendly, so fast, and they are always awesome at what they do (no burnt coffee, ever)!
