★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were gridlocked in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even ordering and it's been another 6 since and still 3 cars before we get to the window.. pretty sad for fast food. Will always choose a different location after today

Ordered a McDouble and Snack Wrap in the drive thru. In addition to waiting 10 minutes for the single person ahead of me to get their order, I was told to pull up to the front to await my wrap. Waited in the parking lot for another 5-10 minutes. Had to get up and walk inside to collect my cold food that had been waiting in its bag on the counter.
I just have trouble piecing together how a McDouble and a Snack Wrap takes 20+ minutes to make. Baffling. Never coming here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People need to stop eating at Mcdonalds. Especially this location. Takes 10min to get a coffee with no one infront of you. cant hear the staff at the drive-through. This location needs a serious staff overhaul. Terrible. Unfortunately McDs coffee is way better than Timmies so I suffer this place every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again this location screwed me over for time. Only three of us in line at drive thru and it took over 10 min for me to receive a bagel with cream cheese and a small frappe coffee. I dunno what’s going there but when I worked fast food as a youth we hustled our butts off because orders had to be in drive thru customer’s hand in 56 seconds. End of story. Get better guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. We are working nights and the three of us are in the same truck. We asked to make three different orders. The girl working said they could only do 2 orders and we had to drive around after paying to do a third. Previous night we had the same issue but he ordered and then backed up to completely the third. Never in my life have a I experienced such an incompetent and arrogant person. It’s almost 12 o’clock at night and there’s no one else in the drive. We have never had this issue at any other locations and even had someone else the first night complete the orders at this location. Whoever the manager is needs to fire this useless woman. I’ve never seen such arrogance.

I used to be able to order it at any time throughout the day, now they're always out of them, even as early as 9:00 AM. Please, please, please make your breakfast burritos more available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always an issue at this McDonald's. No Tea, no pancakes at breakfast, no orange juice... rude young managers and others that just honestly have 0 customer service skills.
This mornings debacle took the cake... a sausage and egg mcmuffin with no muffin. For real.
