City Chrysler - Medicine Hat

From the first introduction Dave was great to deal with. Was down to earth and we never felt pressured. They helped us from the first step to the last as this was our first vehicle purchase in Alberta moving from Ontario and the process is different. I would highly recommend City Chrysler.

Happy that i could edit my review to give a true review of my experience at City. The sales side of everything went great, everyone was super nice and the deal was painless to get taken care of. The service side is a completely different story. I ordered a lift through the dealership to be installed before i took ownership of the truck. The lift arrived on a thursday and i was told my truck was in the shop that thursday and that they would start install friday. This lift is estimated to take 6-7 hours according to the instructions. Monday morning i was told the tires i ordered for the truck would “fit and not rub at all” i then found out tuesday evening that the tires were too big, whoever had test fit them monday didnt bother to turn the wheels left/right to see if they would actually fit. So i had to order new tires and eat the cost of the first set because they had already mounted all four tires and balanced them (without actually doing a proper test fit) Wednesday the new tires arrived in the afternoon and the truck was still not completed yet. I also supplied kickback mudflaps too be installed with the lift. I was told that they have installed these before and shouldnt be an issue… the mudflaps on the drivers side of my truck cover my tires and on the passenger side my tires stick out further than the flaps. These flaps have had holes drilled in them as well as the truck so this isn’t exactly an easy fix… the rear mudflaps are mounted well below the centre axle. Not sure if they had never installed these type of flaps or just completely botched the install but to say the least i am NOT IMPRESSED with the service side of City Chrysler and honestly i think they should be embarassed for the job they did. (Almost forgot to mentioned the scratches left on my brand new tailgate from a dealership license plate bag hanging off of it)

We just purchased our first Jeep and couldn’t be happier!! We had been doing our homework and shopping around Alberta for some time now and the best deal we found was with City Chrysler! We dealt with Mike Fischer and he made this deal absolutely seamless!! He never once put any pressure on us and was able to answer everything we needed to know!! We drove from Calgary to specifically to buy our truck from City Chrysler after checking out many other dealerships and having lukewarm experiences. Dave was a great, down to earth salesperson who made it easy for us to purchase a truck and just gave us what we wanted with no hassle. Everyone on the team was friendly and didn’t pressure us or talk down to us and that was very appreciated when making a $70k purchase (which isn’t much to some dealership in YYC but was a large purchase to us). I don’t often say this but dealing at City Chrysler was a great experience from sales to finance. Mike Fischer, salesman, made you feel more like a friend than a customer. If I could give him 51/2 stars I would. Full recommendations.

We needed a new truck quickly as our other had died. My husband needed to get to work. We found a great deal at City Chrysler on their website. When we got there, David was our salesman. He has been nothing but helpful. He sent us videos explaining how to navigate through various functions of the truck. City Chrysler got the truck in right away for us when we added a few extras to it. We actually had a lot of fun buying this truck. We are extremely happy with our experience. Thank you!

After visiting a few used wranglers at dealerships in QC, I decided to look at vehicles out West to find something without rust. I came upon a 2010 Rubicon at City Chrysler. Travis, Travis, and Troy were absolutely amazing. Very responsive, easy to work with, and quickly delivered on all promises. They were transparent about the defects on the vehicle and were willing to get them looked after. Since I had a great feeling from them I decided to go ahead with the purchase and transport to Montreal without having seen the vehicle in person. It arrived yesterday, and WOW. I am so beyond pleased with the purchase. Took it into a 4x4 shop to install mudflaps, and right away their comment was "where did you find this jeep, it's in amazing shape!" Cherry on top? It was delivered with a full tank of gas. Even though that is such a small detail, this is the first time I have ever received a vehicle from a dealer above 1/4 tank. To me that was the mark of people who really do care and will go that little extra mile. Props guys! Thanks again :)
