★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 services so far. Both via insurance. Dealt with Saso both times. The team there had made both experiences very pleasant and worry free. The work completed was spot on.
The recent service was for a windshield replacement. Through no fault of their own, the supplier sent the wrong part. Saso kept me updated right away when this was identified and clearly reviewed the options available. He even went as far as getting the correct part same day, on a Saturday!!! so my vehicle did not have to stay over the weekend.
Completing satisfactory work is expected, but the customer service and timely follow-up / updates is what makes them stand out. They kept me updated, rather me following up. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly cannot say anything negative about them. So professional, attentive and compassionate. Due to Covid-19, parts were hard to come by. My car was with them for over 3 mths. They remained in contact, with updates...and answered when I called. Each one I spoke to in that office were gems. Made the wait bearable. Great team and fantastic body work !!!! Thank you CSN Howden !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced fender and front bumper. They did a good job , painting too. The car looked brand new. But they had to remove drivers door and they were not able to put everything back on properly. As a result , aircon don't work properly as before, door handle sensor don't work and glass door don't close fully!!!

They clearly explained everything that was to be done and we’re patient with the questions we had. The work they did on our vehicle was impeccable. It looked great and was returned to us after a wash and interior vacuum. We are extremely pleased with the efficient service we received. Many thanks to the amazing team at CSN Howden!

My front bumper was total reaped off by a truck driver and they made my vehicle new again. Thumbs up guys, especially Rod I really appreciate your service. CSN HOWDEN is the best so far and excellent in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've left my car in the hands of CSN Howden Road Collision twice now for repairs related to insurance claims and was very happy both times. My insurance company had actually sent me to a different garage for a repair and I regretted it and asked specifically for my vehicle to be sent to CSN Howden the next time something happened. They're very thorough, communicative, and execute their work at a very high standard. Everything was meticulously inspected and addressed, and received my vehicle back in 'like new' condition both times they did repair work. Can't say enough nice things, and would encourage anyone who hasn't used them to give them an opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was nothing short of amazing. Alex and his team were very professional and handled all my concerns with patience and efficiency. The repair itself looked great. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday and it was finished by Friday. Outside of this, they arranged everything with the rental - all I had to do was show up. Being involved in a collision is definitely stressful, but CSN Howden made this entire process as smooth and seamless as possible. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here in the future. Thank you Alex & the entire CSN Howden team. You were all great!
