★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was cold and rude. I told her what I was in for and then refused to help without asking about my symptoms or anything. I had a perfectly good reason to go and it wasn’t her business if I was sick or not. I went to the hill clinic near hat high, and I said the same thing and they let me in. In conclusion, I’m not going to carry drive anymore. But check out hill clinic! They were so nice and I got in immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with my visit, receptionist decided to talk to her co-worker who was not on shift while I was waiting to be checked in stood there for 15 minutes with no one else in the line... My son went in with a clear sinus infection that hadn't cleared after being on antibiotic and got worse Dr.Adedeji didn't even check anything else just listened to my son's breathing... Summed it up as allergies and prescribed a nasal spray....not to mention he talked to me like I was a child myself when I was voicing my concerns about my son. This is the second bad experience with same doctor and I will NOT be going back to this walk-in clinic it's a waste of time when the doctor doesn't take your concerns into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are always thorough with their questions and care! Even when they are busy, they do their best to do their due diligence and provide a safe and comfortable environment. Best walk in to go to in Medicine Hat area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again will I ever come back here! I waited for a little over 2 HOURS because they were prioritizing people getting medicals. People who went in after me were getting in to see the doctor before me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost impossible to phone the offices there. A secretary told me they have an issue with the wires but it's been months trying to call my doctor and I only got thru once. Better be able to go in person...
