Went there for a check up, note that I called a day before to set an appointment for 12 noon, came there today and the doctor wasn't able to attend to me until 40 minutes later. When it was my turn, the doctor asked me what she can do for me. I wasn't able to describe my symptoms in details and the doctor (Dr. Hassan) just laughed at me and said I had to explain my symptoms better in order to find out what I'm experiencing. I'm not an expert but, isn't that her job? Never coming back here, she would rather just write you a prescription than actually diagnose you.

If anyone needs a family physician, Dr. Hassan is the best selection. I strongly recommend her. Thank you so much for everything ❤

They have no appointment/time management, they try to stick as many patents as they can in the day, causing the mentioned problem. Once your actually in to see the doctor, Id suggest seeing the Male doctor. The female doctor (dr. hassan) Wrote off actual medical concerns, and didn't provide any help what so ever. She's basically only good if you need your prescriptions refilled, not if you have an actual problem. went in for some upper back pain issues, and she wrote it off as i sit at my desk too often instead of actually examining my back and trying to find a solution. On the other hand. The Male Doctor addressed my issue as soon as i brought it up he began examining my back and he instantly told me i needed to go get an x-ray to further see whats causing the pain TL;DR - Normal 1-2 hour wait time for appointments - Only good doctor in there is the male one (only working weekends) - Female Doctor is only good for refilling prescriptions - Pharmacy though? No problems, they're always nice. respectful And timely with what they're doing EDIT: FEB 18th, went in today for an in person appointment and their attitude was hot garbage, Overall very rude and not easy to work with at all. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST finding another doctors office, stay away
d	dipro procheta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, rude, and does not take her patients seriously at all. Does not know how to diagnose patients. Its like she does anything to quickly dismiss you. Asked her for a year to refer me to a specialist but she refused. Then I had to go to the ER to finally get reffered to a dermatologist. Kept putting me on the exact same medications for almost a year and did not listen to what I had to say. Extremely conservative person as well, does not follow the conducts and she makes her own judgement for it

Waiting for hours to speak to her... pharmacy faxing her for prescription them saying they didn’t get it and they don’t call the pharmacy before it closes even tho pharmacist told her the time the y close... it’s ridiculous. ... shameful.
