J	Jiaxu Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this clinic if you can!!! Horrible clinic because of the horrible receptionist. She’s so racism and unreasonable. She said two different things in the phone, first time she said there is no fee for the consultant for the result of my ankle and the second time she said there is a 85 dollars fee for a phone consultant. When I come in to the clinic for the result, she let me wait for 1 hour and more in purpose. I have the earliest appointment and she let three other people who came in later than me go to see the doctor earlier than me, which made me so angry and disappointed. I told her about that and ask for come in earlier, and her attitude is so much worse and said untrue things and ignores me.

The receptionist told me it’s full capacity There was no body there! And it’s a walk in clinic ! They sent me out and told me I can’t sit here. Very unprofessional! And not abiding the ministry rules! I’m wondering how come all the reviews are one stars or 5 ( fake ) stars

If I had two hours to spend in the waiting room, away from my job, then I wouldn't bother making an appointment. I made an appointment on Thursday, for the following Monday afternoon, and I was still being made to wait while walk-ins, and a guy who arrived after me and half an hour late for his appointment, were seen before me. If I had the time to wait, then I would have just walked in earlier in the day and not made an appointment.

V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the doctor showed up 30 minutes late. My Boyfriend who has been a long term Asthma patient was denied care to receive a prescription to refill his puffer. Even though he is vaccinated and does not have Covid they refused to see and help him Terrible place
S	S Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to be waiting for a long time, even after you get placed into a room with a gap below the door that is big enough for a family of mice to run below/THERE IS NO PRIVACY. I’ve been here twice, each time for sensitive reasons. Both doctors were as loud as a megaphone. So embarrassing to walk out of the room. Expect for your concerns (sensitive or not) to be loudly discussed between doctor and receptionist in front of other patients who are sitting and waiting. There isn’t a shortage of walk-in clinics in this area at all. The choice is yours.

I came to the clinic to be told its mandatory to be vaccinated to see someone. Nobody told me this on the phone and it wasn't even listed on the site. Upon arrival I was told this and then I was told next time they will not accept me as a patient. So I am currently sitting here only because I have taken the day off work and can't afford to take another one off to go elsewhere. I've been currently sitting waiting to be seen for an hour and 30 minutes. If you want to sit for 2 hours and not even be seen and receive poor treatment from staff because they don't state anything about being vaccinated on the site or the phone when calling then this is the place for you. Otherwise steer clear of this clinic and save yourself your day.
