We had a very good experience. Doctor Dev Maragh was very welcoming and polite and he's the most down to earth person like his father Dr Harry Maragh.
My first visit we had to wait for long but Awesome part was he explained me why my last visit got delayed and what was the issue. This impressed me, as Doctor took the responsibility to explain me the situation on what happened during first visit.
So giving 5 stars now. ?
Honestly this was the best experience.
Strongly recommend this Doctor.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had to wait for longer than 15 minutes here! This clinic is fantastic. Dr. Maragh is extremely kind and professional.
One time I came in after hours on a Saturday, just as he was leaving, and he saw me anyways! I have never experienced this before. EXCELLENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist Irma needs training in customer service, very unfriendly, abrupt and rude. This clinic is disorganized, no point of booking an appointment you will still wait 30-45 mins. Doctor Maragh is a great doctor, very patient and knowledgeable. However, this clinic needs to get their act together and build rapport with the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Maragh is the best family doctor I have had in years, My husband and son both think he is great as well. If I'm not well he will always see me or my family. He knows his business has never steered me wrong. He also has a very nice bed side manner, listens and answers all questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I have known Dr. Maragh for several years when he was at the Cassandra Clinic. We have never had a bad experience, neither with wait time or clinical concerns. His Receptionist is extremely polite and accommodating. He is the best family physician we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and so much more. If he have the time he is willing to listen to more than the immediate concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever, my first visit took over 2 hrs wait before i could see the doctor. Same thing now, cant see the doctor but even for consult you have to wait 2 days, it should not be a walk in clinic but more 48hr wait consult clinic. Worst service from receptionist, "we are full right now" - with what- looking at your phone while at work. Wouldn't recommend at all

I recently moved back to the GTA and even though appointments are through the phone the service is still incredible. Dr Maragh is patient and listens to your concerns. He is a very professional, empathetic and caring doctor that knows his stuff. Highly recommend!!!
