β β β β β This is definitely my favourite gym in the Toronto! Its built for all levels, and their instructor's (Jesse, Leo, Mike etc.) are the best! I wish I could find the time to come here every day!

β β β β β Absolutely the best workout in the city. Iβve never seen results so fast. The space is badass and the energy is always great. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
They also have a smoothie bar and cafe with delicious protein shakes.
The front desk team are all friendly and professional. Damon gave me a tour on my first visit and made me feel welcomed from Day 1. Do yourself a favour and sign up for the 2 week trial!

β β β β β If you want get into, or stay in top physical condition, One Academy is the place to be. Jesse Bruce runs awesome training sessions, and so do all the other coaches. Every workout varies to shock the body, which is critical to avoid plateaus. The Everest class is my favorite...HIGHLY addictive. Keep up the incredible work OA Team!!

β β β β β Honestly the best gym I've been to in the city. Not only are the workouts well planned and challenging, but the atmosphere here can't be beat. Ive been to several team-training style gyms in Toronto and elsewhere and this one honestly has most friendly and professional atmosphere. The teachers and desk staff are enthusiastic and helpful, and the whole vibe of the place including the members are super welcoming and chill. Its really nice to have your fellow classmates giving you a high five after a great workout and feel the encouragement and sense of community. I joined for a short period as I live abroad and am just back in Toronto visiting home, but I will definitely come back when I'm in the city again. Super recommended especially if you're just starting out and looking for a welcoming experience.

β β β β β Huge facility, extremely well maintained. Coaches are super energetic, not forceful but don't let them catch you giving up on the floor. I am still getting the hang of everything but I think you work out for 40s and break for 10s. I love the set up, helped me challenge my limits. Think you're athletic, try the Warrior class, I also hear Everest is a beast. This is prob the spot where studios come to scout out the next hot shot for a superhero franchise. People look dang good here. They also make their own espressos and smoothies. This is too far out for me, otherwise it would totally be a home gym.

β β β β β On the advice of a friend I joined One Academy virtual classes just over a month ago. I am so happy I did!! Live classes give the awesome trainers a chance to give feedback. The trainers are amazing! I am so grateful for the live virtual classes. I'm already seeing results.

β β β β β Best gym in all of Toronto! The coaches are extremely professional and knowledgeable and the training/classes are exceptional (and challenging)! Jesse and the team have created a positive and uplifting community and joining the gym has been the best decision for my physical and mental health.

β β β β β I only have good words for my favorite gym. Staff is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, fun... They're always willing to help with a smile. The classes are super fun too and they challenge you every single time. I'm not a gym person but this format is the best for people that don't feel like using the machines by themselves or get bored at the gym. The personal trainers and massage therapist are great as well. Top top!!! Love this place
