Finding a doctor in Toronto is worse than going on blind dates. Dr. Nannar was recommend by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. From our first meeting he has addressed any concerns or questions I’ve had along the way. Family medical history - he screened for everything, a medication wasn’t the best fit for me - he found an alternate solution, he even referred to an amazing dentist (Dr. Kiepas across the street).

My experience in the offices of Dr Lee and Dr Nannar has been positive. Both doctors were attentive to my needs and arrived at solutions for all my issues. They are both friendly and are welcoming when you visit the office. Very little wait times. I highly recommend both these doctors for patient care.

Slow and incompetent reception. They took several days to send out a referral, and denied me an appointment when I had worsening symptoms, forcing me to go to a walk in clinic.

Doctors take month long vacations all the time even though they only come in half the week. Nurses are slow and never pick up the phones and take weeks if you request an appointment online. Left a voicemail once for an appointment, but never called back. Just horrible. I decided to fight my illnesses on my own with leftover medications I have in my house or simply live through it if I can, instead of trying to get an appointment there because it's just impossible.

I am a patient here and have had two experiences here both awful. First time I made an appointment, they confirmed it. I took time off work, got there and they said it was not in the system and made me reschedule. On my rescheduled visit, the doctor did not even do a physical and said there was no point in any blood tests (even though I had none in 20 years). He was very indifferent to me as a patient. Second time I came here, I struggled to get an appointment and they told me to just call the day of that I wanted to come to see if they had availability that day for me. Once I got there, they said my health card was expired (red and white) which is wrong, the Ontario Government has not yet set an expiration date for these cards to no longer be valid. They said my only option was to reschedule at a future date with a new card, or to pay a new patient fee of $70+. Even though they said I am an active patient, they wanted to me pay. No thank you. Place is a money pit with very rude staff. Highly do not recommend anyone become a new patient. They make it very difficult to get an appointment or even to be seen by a doctor. You are better off going to a walk in.

My husband and I are both Dr. Amy Sur's patients for 3 yrs and never had an urgent medical problem to see her work. However, recently we had an urgent medical situation that required immediate attention. Dr. Sur and the team at the clinic responded so carelessly and slowly that my husband ended up going to the emergency room. I absolutely don't recommend this doctor or this clinic to anyone since they are not caring of their patients.

Reception is incompetent. They rush you and try to end the call within 1 minute. If it doesn't work, they become very rude. There is a new doctor and she seems more enthusiastic/attentive to patient which brings some hope. The previous doctor was not attentive or well qualified in terms of her skills as a doctor.

Im seriously considering changing my family doctor. Family doctor is okay (nothing special) but Its very hard to get an appointment. They’ve ignored my voice mail, email and the front desk never picks up the phone. Today I was able to get connected but the receptionist just told me they can do this afternoon, booked it without my consent and hung up. I didnt even agree to have the consultation at that time, was checking my calendar. Last time, they booked me at a wrong time slot and I got a call from the doctor when I was in the middle of a meeting. When I called back, the receptionist acted like I had no clue in managing my own schedule. Incompetent front desk, not a good experience. I dont even want to think about dealing with this clinic when I actually have a medical emergency.
