★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to Wan over the phone before heading over to Soft Comp and he seemed knowledgable and committed enough to be worth my time.
I'm very good with computers and have never run into an issue that I couldnt solve from virus to rebooting loops, cpu overload u name it.
The problem I was having was in BIOS or so I thought. To make a long story short, I shared conversations with 3 guys there who were all very informative and only charged me 1 greenback for their time.
It didn't feel like I went to a repair shop it felt like I was helped by friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Soft Comp yesterday to find out about upgrading my 7 year old Windows 7 Pro custom computer to Windows 10. As promised, today Wan came to the house and he decided to do the upgrade onsite with a remote connection for any problems rather than take the computer to their shop. I could not be more pleased. It all went smoothly, my questions were answered, I was shown how to use the upgrade and even a later problem that caused me to call the shop was answered and solved. The price was more than fair. Based on this experience I highly recommend this shop.

My technician, Wan, was extremely helpful in finding a solution for my laptop computer and he explained everything he was doing, step by step, to remedy the problem I was having.
Three other technicians at other firms could not fix the problem. Wan did it in less that two hours.
