It pains me to see people give a consummate professional such as Brad and i-Technique a bad review. This company is the real deal! I have been dealing with Brad since he was a one man show five years ago and now with Miguel on his team, these guys are a force. I have yet to have a bad experience with i-technique and have always found them to be fair and extremely good at what they do. I think people need to re-evaluate their expectations and bring them more into line with reality before leaving a negative comment online.

If I could give them six stars, I would. Brad, the owner, and his team really know how to help with every tech issue I have faced and on top of that, they have great, friendly customer service. I have gone in for the repair of my iPhone screen, and most recently went in to fix my Macbook which was having issues. Not only is my Macbook fixed, they upgraded its software, cleaned it, gave me a new keyboard and all of this free of charge. Thanks to Miguel who worked on my computer and who told me about all these benefits like keyboard replacement I was eligible for that I didn't even know about. I would much rather go here than to the crowded Apple store and will keep coming back for tech issues. 11/10 recommend

Awesome service! I’ve been coming to I-technique for years for service on my iPhones. The owner is very friendly and accommodating; he just provided a quick estimate for my screen replacement and was able to complete the repair within a few hours, and even checked my Apple warranty! I never feel like I’m being over sold or pressured. Covid safety protocols followed and everything felt very clean and safe. I recommend all my neighbours and family come here.

I had two broken keys on my new computer that my baby peeled off. I got a list of places near me from the Apple store website. I chose this place because it was close to me and seemed to have good reviews on Google and Yelp. They required to order a scissor repair kit, which they told me will come and be done in 1-3 days. That took 3 weeks to arrive. Brad was very adamant on not letting me keep my computer that night and bringing it back when they have the tools so they can run diagnostics on it. They kept my computer for 6 days before they allowed me to have it back. When the scissor kit arrived, I had to turn in my computer again for another 6 days. When Miguel repaired those two keys, he discovered that one key was not working, but it did work all day before I turned it in. That required him to order a new keyboard, which luckily is under warranty but took more time of me not having access to my computer. In total, from my first appointment to when the whole computer was fixed, it took 26 days (almost a month) and I had 12 days I did not have my computer. Two broken keys cost almost $150 to fix. It was a costly fix, in both cost and time, when the original promise was 1-3 business days for the parts to arrive and be fixed. I did not find Brad friendly, but Miguel is.

Super, super fast replacement of my battery with a good pricing. The owner is very knowledgeable and taught me a thing or 10 in the short amount of time I was there. Will be going here for all my Mac issues from now on. 2021 update! Still such an amazing service, fast, honest and well priced.

My MacBook needed replacement of touch-id and the main logic board (revive/restore failed), it took Apple to send the MLB two weeks since it was customized and with the chip shortage. But they replaced it the same day the part arrived and it was ready for pickup. It has been two days since I got the laptop back and everything seems to be working just fine.
