★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the store, but I left my PC for a few fixes and updates and they said the PC was giving them bluescreen. The motherboard and CPU are very specific so they said they couldnt test them. That said, they wanted to diagnose and after that they said "yes, the issue is one of those and we cant do anything".
They said that turning the PC on would eventually get it to boot Windows, but I'd have to boot it 5-6x. Their suggestion was to buy a new motherboard and CPU (which would require a new cooler as well) to fix it. Once they said it would cost me about 1000 dollars, I took my PC home. And what a surprise, the computer works well with no issues.
So again, I like the store, but I feel cheated after this experience. I recommend but be careful not to be pushed into spending money you don't need/want to spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer for a long time, but got surprised today with the 6 person max policy - you basically forced to wait outside on the cold to get in. Everybody removing COVID policies, these guys introduce them back. It was appropriate before, just not any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deal for a gaming desktop set. Friendly and helpful staff, helped me save a few hundred dollars for a similar set. The downside was that I had to pay 54 cents for a bag, after spending 2600$. I did not feel apprecoated as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alana (I hope that's how it's spelled) is the best! I went in today looking to rebuild a custom PC, and she helped me the entire time and was so knowledgeable. By far the best experience I've had in a computer store. I told her what I needed and what I had already and she helped me build something perfect, all while keeping my budget in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to get RAM with a specific speed that my motherboard could handle. Brought in my dead RAM stick, explaining what I needed. The guy who assisted me was knowledgeable and able to help me find exactly what I needed without breaking the bank. I was I'm and out in five minutes. These guys know their computers. They will continue to be my go to pros as long as I live in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online or in person it's nice to have these choices. Due to the unbridled flu lockdowns many local stores closed permanently. Those that survived I try to support. Looking for an outside security camera system I walked into our local electronics store and found what I needed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Most were wearing masks. It will be a while before normal returns but it was good to get off line and shop local
