★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovering Graham and Midtown Tech has been one of the best finds of the year when it comes to needing tech solutions and in my case, cabling. I am so relieved to have found a one-stop shop and what's impressive is that he can get me what I need by the next day. Considering how many calls he must get in a day, Graham is so patient with any needs even if they end up last minute. In the dire situations when you're in a pinch, it's very helpful!
We have a great resource here in Toronto thanks to Graham and the efforts of his team at Midtown Tech.

I have brought Graham and his team a variety of Apple devices which they have fixed properly with original Apple parts (batteries, cables, etc.). We chose to come here for the repairs rather than the apple store because in the past the genius bar staff have not been very helpful. We received timely updates about the diagnostics and work progress. The work was completed in 2 days, more quickly than we expected, and the macbook is working good as new. We are quite satisfied with the service.

I spoke to the owner, Graham, and he listened to my challenges with getting Apple devices for my students. He was very sympathetic and found solutions that were way better than what I was hoping for. His personal touch was very impressive and I would highly recommend Midtown Tech to anyone who needs Apple products and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are GREAT and Graham is the MAN. I bought my last two MacBook Pros from MidTown Tech and haven't regretted it. I noticed that my Mac had an issue that needed to be fixed way after my warranty expired and Graham got it fixed for me at a super reasonable cost.
The products are great but the service is even better.
These guys take pride in what they do and that is why I would recommend them to everybody.
